The larger home, Ka Hale 'Olu has a , full kitchen with granite countertops, 2 full bathroom, washer, dryer, cable TV and Road Runner high speed internet access. Our cottage, Ka Hale Li'i has a full bath along with shoji screen doors to the bedroom off from the sitting area, washer and dryer.
Front lanai. Both the house and cottage have outdoor hot and cold garden shower. Across the street from Anini beach. Beautiful, tropical landscaped grounds and large back lawn.
Welcome and Notice:
For the comfort and safety of you and your neighbors, Kauai is still a rual, local style community, where neighbors respect each other. Be a good neighbor. Keep noise to a minimum, especially before 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm. Elevated noise activities or amplified music shall not be permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a good chance that your neighbors may need to work the next day or may want an early start on enjoying the island, so please be considerate. We also ask that our guests keep all vehicular parking related to your stay and use, including maintenance vehichles, accommodated on the property. On-street parking shall not be permitted at any time.

We really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere! The home was lovely - clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We stayed for a week and greatly appreciated having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The grounds are beautiful and beach access is right across the street, perfect for an early morning walk! The Anini Beach area feels quite secluded even though is it close enough to shopping for a last minute run for groceries. We would absolutely recommend this home!

We recently spent 18 days celebrating our 45th anniversary at this ideal spot. The cottage had a feeling of privacy even with another house on the property. It was clean, comfortable,and conveniently located with a true laid back feeling of Hawaii. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. We liked to walk across the road to the beach and watch the ocean with our morning coffee. We have recommended this location to many of our friends.
