  We had the most amazing vacation here in your beautiful home! Thank You, for sharing it with us and others. We have an ongoing love affair with the North Shore and especially with Anini Beach. We swam with sea turtles, saw whales and big-time surfers, caught Jack on a fly rod, swam, strolled day after day. We had amazing rain storms, some with thunder and beautiful sun every day. We hiked the Kalalau and the Powerline Trail. We had visits to 8 or 10 other beaches in the area, including Kee, Haena, and Tunnels, Hanalei Bay, Secret Beach, Anahola, Kealia and more. We attended a luau and had dinner in Kapa'a several times. We bought souvenirs shaved ince and coffee and slept very well. We fell blessed to be able to experience the Aloha of Kauai. Your home made our vaction extremely special! Mahalo!

  Your home provided the "perfect" setting for our family vacation gathering! The house and the surroundings are "beautiful"! Our week here was heaven on earth. Ziplining, snorkeling, luau, tubing and sailing made it all the more wonderful. Mahalo.......We will return!!

  We thourghly enjoyed our stay here in your lovely home. We walked on the beach almost every day and loved the war waters. The kids snorkeeled and saw a sea turtle. Pretty awesome! Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back sometime soon! Mahalo

  Thank you for a great time at your house. It is a great house for 8 people. The children loved having their private space upstairs. What a superb location. We love Anini Beach - so wonderfully centred for the north coast. Superb snorkeling at so many places. We hope to be back, again. Thank You

Out cleaning fee varies with length of stay. The above quoted $300.00 is for a party of six for seven nights. Partys over six will be charged a per person additional $50 out cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. Landlord/Owner shall not be responsible for damage or loss of tenant’s personal property. Please sign and return with your deposit check to the owner. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received.
