The place was fantastic. It was nice and clean, and set up very well. The owner was easy to work with, as we had to change the dates, and they were very accomodating to us, and very responsive. It's only minutes from the gates at Disney, with very little traffic between. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

Went on a family vacation my husband and his sister and her family we went for a week wish it was longer. Excellent time home was everything we needed, pool was great had a fun time will definately look to this home again for vacation, esp. the price and proximity of Disney and Universal was terrific. Thanks for a memorable week!!

Nice Location, Nice Unit - Poor Management and Poor Response to Complaints

It has been a few weeks now and we did allow time for the owners to respond to complaints. No respose = no body cares. 1, BBQ was ordered and paid for - no BBQ was ever provided despite notifing owner and management company that it was missing. Was promised refund - none ever received. 2. Pool - was very cold upon arrival and looked like it was full of algae. Called and left message. Someone came to look and put hose in pool and let it run. Flooded pool and patio 3.Called again - another pool person came, explained that algae was actually stains due to poor maintenance and that the pool pump and heater were turned off. Water was very cloudy. He treated pool, started equipment and left. 4. Five days into vacation finally have a working pool however temperature was over 110 degrees, pool heater was cranked - pool was uncomfortable. Paid for pool heat, originally had none then had too much... 5. Had requested during original booking and was told that late check out on departure day was ok. Our flights were at 8pm. Tried to confirm with owner and management company several times how late we could stay. Was informed late on evening before departure that we had to be out by 10am - no late check out allowed. 6. PS2 Player found in drawer on last day - no games on site. 7. No working DVD player other than in the master bedroom, hard to rent movies. 8. Unit was missing basics like dishtowels and cloths. Was promised refund for BBQ - still waiting now six weeks later. Feel pool heat should have been refunded as well. .

We strive to make our guests have a great vacation experience and will do everything in our power to make sure you have a great stay at our disney vacation home. We make multiple visits every year and try to stay on top of all the minor details. We have had many positive responses from guests but have chosen not to have traveler reviews in the past.
