Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, fully equipped kitchen, inground heated pool completely enclosed by screen, with a lake view is just a few miles from Disney in the lovely gated Chatham Park Community. It's a private home on a corner lot that has made guest want to come back over and over again.
The rooms are spacious and the decor will make you quickly feel at home. The pool and patio soothes and relaxes you after a long day at the parks. A 27" TV awaits you in the master bedroom, 25" in the living room, and a 19" in the second bedroom, Our third bedroom has been decorated with a Disney theme which will make the children feel at home it even has some cuddly friends to snuggly up to at bed time . Our home is equipped with 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, CD player,HiFi DVDs and videos, books BBQ, highchair, pram and crib.We also have a great games room complete with pool table, foseball, air hockey and dartboard and basketball game .
Beautiful view of the lake which is frequent by wild life such as the white crane. Chatham Park community, very peaceful, ideal for a relaxing morning or evening stroll.
Smoking is allowed on patio only.
We can aslo offer airport pick up from Orlando international and take to the villa or car pick up point for $65.00 before 11pm $85.00 after 11pm
This service can also be arranged from Sanford Airport for the cost of $100.00
For your convenience we can also provide you with a welcome food pack at the cost of $45.00 please email us for detailed information .
As of 2009 we can also arrange for Lunch and dinner meal service to be delivered to the villa , please contact me for further details and a price list
