Ideally built in the residential district of Tourettes-sur-Loup, a medieval village located 20 min away from the Nice airport. The villa is new (2010) and fits into a land with natural stone terraces in the middle of garden planted with hundred year-old olive trees, citrus and palm trees. Its panoramic view is exceptional and overhangs the whole coast of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat at Esterel without forgetting the village of Tourettes-sur-Loup. Its comfort spreads on 200 m² in 6 sleeping arrangements and 3 parental suite type bedrooms with their own bathroom and terrace of 15 m². It has 2 living rooms, one for reception and the other one for leisure activities, one indoor dining room and an outdoor one, a full equipped kitchen. The villa is South/South-West orientated; all the rooms have a panoramic view. It opens on a 100 m² sunny terrace all day long and on its infinity pool in which the view merges with the sea. House equipment
A special care has been brought to the construction materials and on the equipment. The villa has a Provencal style with a contemporary interior. All the indoor and outdoor floors are in marble from Palestine and set as a Roman opus. Indoor cobbled wall. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and one has a balneo-therapy and chromo-therapy tub. All the door frames are in solid oak wood of France and the bathroom and kitchen furniture is in oak or massif teak. Fitted spotlights throughout the villa. There is automatic floor heating. The contemporary kitchen has 3 ovens, induction hobs, glass hood, a large refrigerator/freezer and opens on the indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is automatic watering for the garden, electric shutters and automatic entrance gate with entry phone. There is a telephone in all the rooms and Internet. Safe room. Two bedrooms have an electric bed of 140 and another one has 2 beds of 90.

The location of the villa allows you to enjoy during summer, of the sun and sea and in winter of ski resorts of Gréolière-les-Neige (45 min), Isola 2000 (1h30), Valberg and Auron. It is ideally located between the sea and the mountain with all the possible sport activities around: water sports, hiking, paragliding, ski, tennis, golf, rafting, etc. All the leisure activities in one and same place!!

We stayed at this villa for 6 weeks last summer. It is an exceptional property and the attention to detail both inside and outside is second to none. The owners, Catherine and Francois were so helpful in ensuring our stay was memorable. The view from the villa was breathtaking and it was truly a little piece of heaven. Our family of five adults and one small child stayed at the villa for two weeks in June 2012. It was one of the best villa rentals we have taken in 20 years of French holidays. The villa is new and immaculate. Positioned high with wonderful views. The heated pool was very welcoming each day. Internal fittings and decorations are of high quality, the photographs provided are a true representation. One tip, try not to take a large motor vehicle. Für uns (Familie mit 15 jährigen Zwillingen) das perfekte Ferienhaus mit perfekten Gastgebern ! Der Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer ist unbeschreiblich und von allen Zimmern hat man einen grandiosen Blick . Das Haus istmit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, Kunst kombiniert mit schönen Möbeln von der Küche bis zu den Bädern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann, von hier geht man direkt auf die Terrasse, wo man in der Sonne frühstücken und zu Abendessen kann. Der Pool ist groß, die Wasserqualität wird regelmäßig geprüft und der Pool ist beheizt (28 Grad), also auch perfekt im Oktober.
