We just got back from TCI. Our stay at this condo at The Grandview on Grace Bay was awesome. The condo was well appointed and exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated .We ate all our meals on the screened porch. My son fell asleep several times in the comfortable red chairs on the deck. The view was spectacular. The kayaks were a plus! Thanks Vanessa for a wonderful week and for the Champagne!

My wife and I along with our son, daughter-in-law and their wonderful daughters aged 5 and 3 stayed a week. I would pick this accommodation over anything I saw while in Turks and Caicos. We could not have been more pleased. The condo was exactly as described. The photos were perfect. The owner had the place in tip-top condition. It was a true pleasure working with owner. I would not only recommend but I hope to go back soon and to stay here!

We just returned home from an INCREDIBLE week at the Grandview on Grace Bay. When we arrived, we were greeted with a huge fruit basket...delicious. Suite 301 is a marvelous 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite overlooking the pool and ocean. It was PERFECT for our family. We have a 3 year old girl and 4 month old boy. We took along a friend to help with the children and she stayed in the master suite upstairs. Having two master suites (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs) is wonderful and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The photos provided are true to the condo and the living room/dining room are even bigger in person. We loved the open concept and high ceilings, the screened in porch, and outdoor balcony. The red chairs overlooking the ocean are amazing & a great fit. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the pool and beach. We felt like it was all ours for the entire week. The water was AMAZING, crystal clear, and the temperature was just perfect. We have found paradise and can't wait to book our next stay. I don't think we could find a better place to stay on Grace Beach...this place has it ALL...beautiful, stylish, and up to date furnishings and decor, everything you could want or need in the kitchen, brand new flatscreen tv's & dvd's in all bedrooms & living room, baby gear (high chair, pack-n-play crib, pool/beach toys, books), privacy as there are only 18 units, the wonderful ocean breezes, sunrises & sunsets making our stay marvelous. We just got back from a fantastic stay at the Grandview. They had a huge fruit basket greeting us on arrival at the unit and we never did make it through the whole thing - yummy. Grandview is sooo quiet and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our little ones (ages 3.5 and 16mos) loved the unit and going to the pool after the beach. We always had the pool all to ourselves and often times the beach to ourselves. The unit has great equipment for families with kids (high chair, pack n play, swim rafts/toys, kid plates and utensils, gate). There are new flat screen TVs in all the rooms and we were able to hook up the laptop to the TV to watch movies off harddrive (easier than packing DVDs - just watch out for DRM restrictions on movies). Grandparents down to kids were happy. The screened in porch was a definite plus and the only one there out of the top floor units. We could eat outside and not have to worry about flies or bugs annoying us in the evening/dusk. It also let the little ones wander out but we wouldn't have to worry about them edging too close to the balcony. Also, having wifi was a definite plus - never had any problems with it. It's a corner unit looking out on the public beach access lot and over to Royal West Indies. It might get a little bit more noise but wasn't really too distracting especially if the windows are closed, AC is on and TV running in the afternoons. Had a small glitch with the AC the first 2 days but they had it fixed within 30hrs of notice and all was glorious. Not sure if we opened and closed the fridge too often in a short period of time, so we would to reset it a few times because the temp would increase/warm up. We would definitely rent this place again if we came back with the full family. The location is between Royal West Indies and Grace Bay Club about 1km from the Graceway Gourmet grocery (which has awesome chocolate croissants). There is also a bakery right at the end/up the road from the Grandview. Would highly recommend getting a car to get about the island and to get to snorkeling at the Bight Reef (by Coral Gardens and Windsong) - it's very easy to drive around the island. Grace Bay Car rentals had the car waiting for us at the Grandview and they took the whole family in a shuttle van to the Grandview so we wouldn't have to worry about driving ourselves there while still getting familiar with the area. Drive out to Taylor Bay/Sapodilla Bay if you can - gorgeous and great for small kids.

We loved our stay at this Grandview penthouse condo. The view from the two larger bedrooms and the screened in porch was spectacular. In fact, you can wake up to the sights and sounds of Grace Bay without even lifting your head from your pillow. The unit is an end unit and gets a nice breeze so we never used air conditioning. The condo was spacious, clean and stocked with everything we could possibly want. I am on VRBO now booking another trip to Provo - this time for just two of us - and I'd book this property again if it came in a one-bedroom version.

Love T&C, a great girls get away!

This is the most beautiful location I have ever visited. The water is the brightest turquois I have ever seen and the beaches are white and fluffy! I would highly recommend T&C and this Grandview condo to anyone. We were there May 8-15, 2010 and we practically had the place to ourselves. The weather couldn't have been more perfect, 80+ degrees with a slight breeze every day. We were able to easily purchase things to cook on the way to the condo from the airport (just ask and they will stop and wait for you). We could walk to a number of decent restaurants close by. The West Indies is right next door and served reasonably priced meals and drinks. We did the conch/snorkling tour mid-week and they picked us up in the boat right at our beach. Never thought I would try conch salad! The condo was well appointed and met all of our needs. The views and sunsets were wonderful and we never had to share our beach with anyone else, and there were still enough people walking the beach to "people watch." There really isn't much of a nightlife, but we had a much needed quiet and relaxing time.

A most comfortable, lovely and spacious 3-bedroom condo equipped with 2 full baths and 1 half bath, including a perfectly sized kitchen equipped with all the cooking amenities for a home away from home. A grand dining room table to seat many that flows into a very comfortable living room arrangement, with views off the back balcony of the amazing Grace Bay turquoise waters. Bedrooms are modern, comfortable and bright, 2 with spectacular views of the bay. Washer/dryer setup for optimal convenience. The luxury of a screened in porch with outdoor dining furniture and an open air balcony just beyond that, both situated with that amazing view again! A beautifully landscaped spacious pool and hot tub easily accessed from the condo, with a relaxing outdoor purgola structure with hammock and outdoor living furniture. A short boardwalk-like bridge leading from pool area right onto amazing soft sandy beach of Grace Bay. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at the ready for your use.

Your unit is really spectacular. The views were really unbelievable. The beds were so comfortable and everything was perfect. I could have stayed a month. I will send you some family photo's from your balcony. My cousins had the time of their life. It was perfect. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. Silver Deep was perfect. Banana boat was a blast. Unfortunately, the parasail boat broke down and needed to order a new part. I love the new supermarket! It is so clean and convenient.

We had a FABULOUS time. The condo AND the island itself was everything you promised and more. We were all very comfortable and had a very relaxing trip. I wanted to send along a personal thank you for letting us stay at your place in TCI. Sarah and I had the most incredible time there and though the diving had a excellent reputation, it was so much better than we both imagined. The only regret I have is that your place was so utterly perfect and comfortable, beyond the dive site, grocery store, and the Mango Reef restaurant next door we were complete hermits and didn't explore much of the island at all. All of the people we met there we so nice and the island was very easy to drive around with no crowds anywhere and the beaches were near deserted.

A great townhouse on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is definitely an excellent option for families travelling together. Our group had myself, my wife, our three children (ages 13, 3 and 4 months), my father and his wife and my mother-in-law. The townhouse was the perfect size, and we never felt crowded. The pool and grounds are immaculate and the beach is truly a sight to behold. We actually ate in for most of our trip as my father and his wife are excellent cooks and did most of our shopping at the IGA off of Leeward Highway. My 13 year old daughter spend every monrning lounging in the hammock by the pool reading a book, while the other adults enjoyed coffee on the balcony. The owner, Vanessa, was fantastic throughout, promptly answering all of my many questions. We had one small problem, which she quickly resolved for us and the rest of the trip went without a hitch. We spent most of the time relaxing at the beach and the pool but also went on the boat with the sub part that you climb down into, which was okay. I would highly recommend the kayak tours by Big Blue, we had Dmitri for a half day tour. Make sure to use plenty of sun block, my dad and his wife who live in Arizona and both had good base tans were sunburned on the first day. One of the most relaxing vacations I have ever been on, and it strengthened my resolve to relocate to the tropics within the next couple of years.

wow! the place was stunning, love the lay out. the kitchen was so comfortable to cook in the grill was right there on the porch. the Mango reef reasturant was as close to us as it was to the quests of the resort. Beach perfect size. You couldn't get any closer to the beach. great pool loved the hot tub at night looking up at the stars.

This condo is very well appointed and the pictures did not do it justice. We walked in and inhaled the relaxation of the place. The views are spectacular, especially with the sun going down, and the private feeling of this location on Grace Bay is wonderful. It is ideal for staying away from a crowded pool or busy beach as we saw at many of the other resort/condo areas. I highly recommend this place for 1-2 couples, with or with out kids, and the water is so melow on this, the leeward side of the island. The water is so accessble for the whole family. We loved it.

We loved our stay in Turks and Caicos and the condo was one of the best parts! It was clean, cool, and inviting as soon as we arrived and very luxurious. You have provided so many nice amenities. We felt like invited guests; rather than renters! We loved Coco Bistro -- it's so close and a great place for dinner. And, you have to drive to Da Conch Shack in Turtle Bay for the conch salad! The condo was perfect for us, beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed waking up with a cup of coffee on the veranda every morning and ending the day with a glass of wine with beautiful sunsets and a moon the entire visit. It was quiet, yet the beach and people were steps away. We felt very safe and the food and service at nearby restaurants was awesome. The sand is the best; white, soft and cool. We were lucky to have witnessed an amazing fireworks show on the beach as part of a wedding celebration. I loved the people. Everyone was so friendly and the best shopping was at Harmony Gallery at The Palms. It is full of wonderful art and I was lucky to have met Cynthia Carey, a well known artist who has lived on the island for five years. Her work is sold in New York's Neimans and other high end stores. She signed my pieces and they will forever remind me of this wonderful place. I can't wait to go back!

Wow, what a vacation. My husband and I were here for a week with my toddler and my mother. This gorgeous condo was the perfect solution for a kid friendly and convenient experience. The ocean views from every vantage point were theraputic, and the sound of the ocean is still stuck in my mind! The full kitchen was fantastic, we basically had all of the conveniences of home. We hope to return again next year!

This was such an amazing vacation! I was completely blown away by this luxurious beach-front condo with the best location in town and incredible views of the ocean and the sunsets. I can't decide what I enjoyed more: staying in and having dinner on the terrace while enjoying the sounds of the ocean and soaking up the views; or walking to the near-by Club Med or Mango Reef or Anacaona or Coyaba; or exploring all the great things the island has to offer. I will definitely come back here soon!!!

What a memorable trip we had in the Grandview Penthouse on Grace Bay. We spent our honeymoon here and could not have ordered a more perfect location and surroundings, from the great snorkeling at Coral Gardens to the Jet Ski tour of the island. When we were not eating at one of the world class restaurants, we were cooking in the top notch kitchen and taking in the views of Grace Bay while eating on the balcony. A honeymoon that we will remember for years to come, we hope to come back soon to this A+ penthouse in paradise.

This Penthouse Suite was exactly what we were looking for in a rental. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Housed in a modern setting we were steps away from the beach, pool, and hot tub. The top floor deck was ideal for ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to some of the islands finest restaurants/bars was a huge convenience. We will definitely be renting this A+ Suite again. Thank you for providing us with such a great place. -Geoff
