BEACHWALK RESORT is a 160-acre family community nestled amid the Indiana National Dunes, directly across Lakeshore Drive from Lake Michigan's Pristine Sheridan Beach (and a 5-mile beach walk from New Buffalo, MI -- ha, ha, ha).

Or, relax and watch the sun set from your own private deck on the shores of what we affectionately call the "little lake" (Lake Kai). There is so much OR so little for you to do.
Our beach house ("BEACH BALL") is a spacious, two-and-a-half story "cottage" located directly on the shores of Lake Kai. During your stay you can choose to step outside your door and swim or fish in Lake Kai (off the fishing pier); jump in one of the kayaks or paddle-boats provided by Beachwalk; head over to the heated outdoor pool; or just relax on the deck while watching people and wildlife mix while admiring the backdrop of the lake and dunes! The beach house is also a short stroll from Lake Michigan (or, if you prefer, rent a golf cart from the Beachwalk office for the day or for your entire week's stay).

THE MAIN-FLOOR living area consists of an open, spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen--all of which share magnificent views of Lake Kai and the surrounding dunes. This soaring, two-story space has 2 walls of windows that seem to bring the lake, the dunes, and the sky right indoors. French doors lead from this "great room" onto the large (25' x 10') deck overlooking Lake Kai. The main floor also includes 3 bedrooms, each of which opens directly into 1 of 2 main-floor bathrooms--making each feel more like a mini-suite than a bedroom.
THE TOP-FLOOR master suite is spacious and private, with a king-sized bed and a beautiful, stone and sea-glass tile bathroom--with a double vanity, shower, and spa tub. Adjacent to the master suite is a spacious getaway "reading & relaxing nook" with a couple of cozy chairs. Down the hall from the master suite, a catwalk leads to the "tower room," which provides unobstructed views of the lakeshore, dunes, and neighboring cottages. Sit down (table with 4 bar stools) and enjoy the view while playing a game of cards or just relaxing.
THE GROUND / WALK-OUT FLOOR offers a 2nd, larger family room, complete with a beautiful pool table; large TV (with DVD); stereo; all surrounded by a large, comfortable seating area (large sofa, love seat, and chairs for extra seating). This light-filled space includes 4 French doors that open directly onto to a 25' x 10' patio, which leads out to the sandy front yard and the shores of Lake Kai. The 5th bedroom is also located on this level and includes a queen and double bed and opens directly into the 4th full bathroom (with tub/shower) and adjoining walk-in closet.
