Outside balcony through double glass doors makes for a great view of the morning sunrise while reading your newspaper and drinking your coffee! Very relaxed atmosphere but yet within 20 minutes driving distance to Cabo San Lucas for a great day (and night) out. This condominium is a very roomy all tile open floor plan with 16 foot vaulted ceilings and a beautifully tiled shower/bath. This is a non-smoking suite and we greatly appreciate those who leave the condo in the same outstanding, clean condition as when they arrived. This very clean one bedroom suite at Laguna Vista is within walking distance of the beach, bird sanctuary... and then... walk to the Mexican tradition town of San Jose del Cabo for both on street and inside shopping! After a day of touristing, relax pool side in the lounge chairs or take a dip in the beautiful heated pool maintained by professionals. This complex has 24 hour security to help insure your stay is the very best in relaxation. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and just wait until you see the exotic birds on the property! The small mall just below the condo supports a bank, real estate office, laundromat, Latte'/bakery shop, 3 restaurants (two serve alcohol drinks). Super markets for your weeks supply of groceries nearby and there is even a Costco, Sam's Club, Super Wal-Mart and Home DePot within 15 minutes!

May 01-Sep 30 .. $ 85/night (3 night minimum) .. $550/week, Sat - Sat.
Half of the Total Due Once Booking Dates Are Confirmed. If the Arrival
Date is Sooner Than 30 Days, the Full Amount is Due and Payable.
Payments May Be Made By Cashiers Check or Money Order in Us Funds.
All Rates for Two Persons, Additional Person Add $15/Night.
Cancellations:  Cancel four months prior, refund of 90%.  Cancel less than four
months, 50% refund.  Less than 30 days, no refund unless re-rented.
