This Beautiful Home is located in a little slice of paradise called Port Royal, SC. Located less than a two mile drive from the Parris Island Gate. This home has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size and one with a full-size bed, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa (Sealy innerspring mattress) Each Bedroom has its own bathroom with an additional guest 1/2 bath on the first floor. Washer and Dryer conveniently situated off the kitchen

Hello My name is Sally Germer. I'm not originally from the south, but I got here as quick as I could. I was born and raised in St. Louis and moved here 14 years ago.
I am a Realtor, Licensed Residental COntractor, Professional Stager and have 2 years of Interior Design Education.
Why the Owner Chose Beaufort
I built this Duplex in 2002 and originally rented this side long term. I turned it into the Palmetto Moon Cottage in 2006
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
I've only stayed in my Palmetto Moon Cottage once, after I turned it into a Vacation home, as I wanted to see if it had everything a guest could need. I live next door. I personally take care of all aspects of this Vacation Home and I believe it shows in all the small details.

They were ready to move in and they loved how close to the water we were. You truly made a memorable occasion the most pleasant stay it could be. Port Royal is a em- Small Town feel-great beach for walking. Every restaurant was worth a second visit. The red door was welcoming and the cottage was more spacious than pictured. The accomodations worked perfectly.

We came here for some family time, reuniting with our son, who just returned from a deployment in the Navy. He has been aboard the USS Enterprise, air craft carrier for the last 6 months. It has been great just relaxing and catching up. When we walked in, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and warm welcome feeling we experienced. As we unpacked and began our stay, we found many little touches that made our stay that more pleasant.\Thanks foe the comfortable and reasonable place. We hope to return again when we visit our son who is stationed in Beaufort.
