You have certainly outdone yourself! We had the luxury of any major hotel with all the comforts of home. Your home was so tastefully decorated that you even impressed my teenage grandsons. They were ready to move in and they loved how close to the water we were. You truly made a memorable occasion the most pleasant stay it could be. The cottage had a perfect location, in quite residential area. Being able to walk to supered restaurants was an added bonus. With Hunting Island a short drive and Beaufort only 10mins away, it made for a quite and relaxing time.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Port Royal is a em- Small Town feel-great beach for walking. Every restaurant was worth a second visit. The red door was welcoming and the cottage was more spacious than pictured. The accomodations worked perfectly.

We came here for some family time, reuniting with our son, who just returned from a deployment in the Navy. He has been aboard the USS Enterprise, air craft carrier for the last 6 months. It has been great just relaxing and catching up. When we walked in, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and warm welcome feeling we experienced. As we unpacked and began our stay, we found many little touches that made our stay that more pleasant.\Thanks foe the comfortable and reasonable place. Sally, Thanks for sharing your house with us. WAe enjoyed everything about it. The beds were comfy and all the extras were great. My in-laws were very happy as well. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. It was very nice to come back from long days on the base and beach to such a nice welcoming place. After a 15- hour trip that should have been 13 hours and feelings on entense anticipation for finally seeing our new Marine after 3 long months, we were warmly welcomed by your house at 2am in the morning. Your house became a part of our memories we will never forget, It was such a relief to be able to bring our Marine to a welcoming home instead of a cold hotel room. We sat in the living room for hours talking and listening to Cory's(our new Marine)Storys-a moment that a hotel room would not have done justice. Dear Sally, Had agreat time in S.C. . Your cottage was awesome .... we felt so confortable , the coffee house down arond the corner was just like you said it was, we spent hours there . Even though the Dockside resturant 1 block away was closed during our stay we still enjoyed walking down there just for the view..... also walked to the beach area ,picked up some sea shells and to our great suprise !! got to watch a pod of dolphins playing within 50 feet from us. My wife was so happy! Your cottage was beatuiful, well decorated and spotlessly clean . Would highly reccomend to all. If we ever get back down your way we"ll stop by for sure . thanks again .... We drove from Cincinnati-14 hours. What a surprise--this cottage was a wonderful surprise!! Everything we needed was here and the restaurants were marvelous. Very charming place- Port Royal looks beautiful decorated for the Holidays! We picked up our son from Parris Island Friday. This was the perfect place for him to come back to- he wanted off the Island as soon as possible, and relax. The remote for the TV was his favorite!! We would definitely recommend this cottage to our family and friends. Thanks for everything Sally.

My family and myself had such a great time here awaiting the graduation of One OF THE FEW THE PROUD A MARINE!!! It was definiely a place to really say REST after a day full of an emotional roller coaster and physically draining experience. This occasion was especially a great one for our family, as three generations came to one common place. What a bleassing to find such a wonderful place! Sally has truly outdone herself. We couldn't have asked for a better place to accommodate our family and give us such a great place to relax. Hello - my comments have already been entered by Sally, however, they should have been much longer! This rental is like a fine condo, but with unlimted, added benefits. It is very convenient to Parris Island - only about 3-4 minutes to main gate. We will probably never have reason to return to that area, but if we do, there's no doubt we will stay here again. WOW! What a fantastic find! We were here in Parris Island for my nephews graduation. We felt fortunate to find this wonderful place to stay! It's like a 5 star hotel- so many extra ammenities that are not listed! Very quiet, peaceful location. Pictures do not describe. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.
