If you like seafood this is the place to be! If you prefer to cook your Lobster or any other kind of seafood at home, we have everything you would need. But there are places near by that would cook everything for you,and you can eat out on there decks.

This is our home in Maine unlike most rentals! It is wonderful to just stay there and enjoy the nature around you, or go up to Rockland or Camden and enjoy great food and lots of shopping and more.
We like to take our dog Lucy for walks down by the ocean or on the dirt roads, she loves it also.

I have been in Maine summers for most of my life, my husband Ron) started going to Maine when we were dating! We owed a camp in South Thomaston with my family we then sold that and built our home in Maine 10 years ago Ron and our son built our home both are builders, so it was built with 2 people that knew what they were doing.

My family and I have rented this property for the past eight years. We started at one week and were soon up to two and now three weeks. We recently signed-up for three weeks in 2009. The property is maintained in excellent condition , is always clean and the owners caring about the satisfaction of their renters. The house is located on one of the most senic harbors in Maine and provides an overview of a lobster fishing villiage. My family fell in love with this property the first time they saw it. The house has many amenities and is well equiped. It is spacious and accomodative to a large family. The area is mid-coast Maine and very beautiful. A short distance away is Rockland with its resturants and museum. Port Clyde, a classic Maine fishing/working port is close and has ferry service to Monhegan Island. There are three generations in our family and all always can find someting of interest to do including several beaches for the young ones. As you can tell, we recommend the property highly.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Great house in perfect waterfront setting. View is spectacular, the 4 bedrooms gives everyone plenty of space, and the house is always very clean. We have been guests for the past 6 years.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The location was very quiet and private. We were able to easily alternate between relaxing in the home and getting out to enjoy the surrounding areas. The rental process was easy and questions were addressed quickly.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I have rented this gorgeous house for many years now and love it every time I go there. The view is breathtaking and is visible from virtually every room in the house. The house itself is just do beautiful, plenty of room, incredibly well kept, and everything you could possibly need is provided (included in the cost!). The owners are so kind and easy to work with. They make renting this place such a joy. There is so much to do near by, but my favorite is just staying around the house, hiking, kyacking, swimming. It is an amazing vacation spot & home.
