This home is the lower level of an oceanfront duplex, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Coastline. There is a large oceanfront patio, with a private spa, patio furniture, barbecue, and a private golf-tee! Practice your putting skills as you watch the surfers down below! The kitchen with granite counters opens up to the family room area, which has a fireplace. There is also a separate living room area. There are two master bedrooms, one with access to the oceanfront patio, and the other lofted above the living room, with amazing views of the ocean. Beacon's beach access, a famous surf beach, is located directly next to this vacation rental.
Take a second and imagine what your beach vacation could be like….
Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, plan to be at the beach all day for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take stroll. Wander down to Leucadia where you will find quaint boutiques, mouth watering Mexican food, and local coffee houses, among many other places, all which are reminiscent to the classic beach city feel. Many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again. Perhaps one day you stroll down to the farmers market, or the seaside bazaar, North County’s only flea market. At night, you may enjoy Calypso café, a small restaurant serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast.
Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach!

We decided to try something new when our family few out to California to visit us, we'd never been to Encinitas but we're so glad we picked it! We knew it was on the bluff but just walking in the front door you could see the ocean stretching out forever, and then we stepped out onto the huge deck and were mesmerized by the pelicans flying by only a few feet from us. Apparently they glide along the ocean breeze as it hits the bluff but we'd never seen anything like it. What a way to start your vacation. We took the path down to the beach and it was covered with wild flowers all over the bluff. The beach was perfect and we walked every morning. We were so glad we choose this property it had so much room with 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and a huge patio with enough room for us all to eat breakfast outside every morning. The evenings were perfect with our private spa overlooking the ocean and a huge fireplace in the living room. We found some great restaurants in Encinitas, Vigaluci's was my favorite by far with a truly great staff. The teenagers loved the Seaside Bazaar and all the trendy retro consignment shops. It was so entertaining watching all the surfer everyday and then the dolphins would join the winding through the waves. Of course the guys had fun with the putting green right off the deck. Even though I don't like doing laundry on vacation I have to say with 10 of us staying there it was great to have 2 sets of washers and dryers just so we always had fresh towels. This is the second time we've rented a Beach Front Only property and it's everything they said it would be and more. Can't wait to plan our next trip to the beach.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were a family of 12 ages 73 - 2, we stayed for a week. The house was very clean & comfortable. Great location in between Legoland & Seaworld. We caught the train in Encinitas, one day & road down to Old town & Sea Port Village. We had plenty of room for the little ones to run. We really didn't have any bad comments for the house it was a great family vacation. Thanks Beach Front Only Rentals.

A reunion of 5 couples requires a home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on a bluff overlooking the Pacific with a putting green. Right? If this is what you need look no further. Great location, furnshings, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, it was perfect. We all enjoyed the house.
