This location and setting are ideal for families and even family reunions. It is convenient to town and lake, yet secluded. A huge driveway/black top area is great for kids to play basketball (portable, retractable hoop), ride bikes or park your recreational vehicles. And with the close proximity to the state park, your closest neighbors are the deer! Close to the McCall Golf Course, beautiful Ponderosa State Park and Davis Beach! Everything from downhill skiing at Brundage Mountain to great water-skiing. Terrific hunting, fly fishing, backpacking, and whitewater rafting. Come spend a weekend or a month.
This five bedroom, 2800 sq ft cabin (with 2 car garage) offers a relaxed atmosphere at the edge of Ponderosa State Park, just minutes from downtown. It has beds to sleep 16 (3 queens, 2 fulls, and 6 twin beds), with plenty of floor space for overflow. The main level has a comfortable eating area with wood-burning stove with a real cabin feel. The full kitchen has microwave and dishwasher, and the laundry room a large capacity washer and dryer (2nd dryer in garage). Enjoy summer eating on the deck, with gas grill and plenty of tables and chairs.
Main level has 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with queen bed and private tiled bath. Second bedroom with full-sized log bed and adjacent tiled bathroom. The living room has a 50' flat-screen tv with dvd player. High-speed wireless throughout so bring your laptop.
Upstairs leads to a 'family suite' with queen bed, full bath, twin bunk beds, separate room with queen bed. Two other sleeping areas include a 'kids' bedroom with two twin beds and a loft with one full-sized bed and three twins. A family room with couch, love seat, and tv/vcr/cable are also upstairs.
Need to sleep more than 16? Ask about our cozy, rustic log cabin just down the street. It has two bedrooms, plus a loft and one bathroom...it sleeps six comfortably.

What an ideal location for a family gathering! Eleven of my family members joined me at this great Idaho cabin for Thanksgiving week. We enjoyed the warmth of the dining room with the wood burning stove, two recliners, pine wood floors and views of Ponderosa State Park out our windows. Spotting the deer and fox were a fun treat as well.
This McCall, Idaho cabin was originally just a dining area, kitchen, half bath and loft for sleeping, with the comfy feel of an Idaho mountain lake cabin. Since then, the cabin has tripled in size to a house that sleeps up to 16, adding five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two family rooms, allowing plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and relax.
With its close proximity to Payette Lake and bordering Ponderosa State Park, the location is perfect! Book it soon for your family reunion vacation rental or large group vacation rental. This bear plans to go back in the summer to enjoy the lake and biking, hiking and golf!
