Welcome to our tropical paradise where you can walk barefoot on the sandy beach as you treasure hunt for beautiful shells and antique glass balls. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or try swimming the moon path as it rises over the horizon. A great place just to relax and enjoy the gentle breeze and sounds of the ocean. This is the perfect spot for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding and surfing right in the backyard, your own private sandy cove.
This beautiful Hawaiian style retreat is completely furnished and features a gorgeous island heritage queen size bed complete with handmade quilt in the main bedroom. The great room features local rattan and koa furniture, a comfortable place to hang out. Even the kitchen is complete with tropical dishes and utensils. The second bedroom features twin bunkbeds and sports a tropical marine theme as does the vaulted bathroom.
Experience truly spectacular mountain and ocean views as well as incredible sunsets. In only a few minutes you can be hiking in the beautiful Ko’o’lau Mountains or horseback riding along a pristine shoreline. Entertainment is limitless with an ongoing concert series at Brigham Young University’s Hawaii campus to local bands at Turtle Bay. The #1 tourist attraction in Hawaii, the Polynesian Cultural Center, which features spectacular entertaining shows, luaus, hiostorical & cultural demonstrations & "plenty shopping," is only a short stroll down Kamehameha Hwy. Across the street is the local shopping center which boasts a full scale supermarket, a variety of fast food options, twin cinema’s, video rentals, post office and even a hardware store! The Mormon Temple is a wonderful five minute walk up Hale La’a Boulevard and offers a free historical tour as well. The Kahuku Public Course is only 5 minutes up Kamehameha Hwy. & for those more seasoned & serious in the game Turtle Bay Resort, home of the Senior PGA Tour, is just 10 minutes away. Famous Sunset Beach & Waimea Bay are only a few short minutes up the North Shore.

Year round....$4,000/month per couple except Apr,July,Dec $5,500/month per couple.
$25 per night/extra guest, cottage sleeps 4 people maximum.
$100 Cleaning Fee (minimum); Plus 11.95% Tax.
A $400 Refundable Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days of check-out,
provided nothing is broken, damaged or missing.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund with 45 day advance notice prior to arrival.
Less than 45 days, only the rebooked days will be refunded.
This unit rents by the month.

It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the ALOHA SPIRIT at Perry & Judy's guest cottage. This fully equipped cottage was our home for an entire month where we could just kick back and relax within steps to our favorite beach. Equally important was the easy access to the BUS which took us to all our favorite spots outside of Laie. We were easily within walking distance to grocery, shave ice ,and movie rental store! Easy walks to the Hawaiian Temple, Visitors Center, and Polynesian Cultural Center! Our landlords are so loving and caring and we have continued our relationship long after we returned home. We highly recommend this rental to all who want the genuine, Aloha Experience! Elaine

Home Away From Home: Staying at your Cottage was a lot of fun, and we have wonderful memories for the rest of our lives. We love the fact that the beach is only steps away. The views, and privacy are just what we needed. The Cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed our short walks to shopping areas, Mc Donalds, the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC), and BYU. A short drive up North to Shark's Cove for snorkeling was an exiting experience, we found nice restaurants, and more shopping areas. The convenience of taking the bus to any place on the island was great! Perry and Judy are one of the most kind and hospitable people I know. For anyone wanting to have family fun or just a quiet relaxing time, the...Cottage is the place to be!

My wife and I had the great opportunity to visit the great Island of Ohau, particularly the North Shore area, for our anniversary. In doing so, we found a very nice cottage located on the Beach in Laie. It was centrally located near the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Laie Temple. From here one can take in the many attractions along the North Shore and enjoy the tantalizing beach away from the many tourist crowds associated with Waikiki. We enjoy Sunset Beach and the great surfing areas. The Cottage was...well maintained and affordable compared to the down town areas.We would definitely return again.

We spent a month here, and we couldn't have been happier with either the cottage, the location, or the landlords. Perry and Judy were extraordinarily gracious; always willing to do whatever it took to make us comfortable. The cottage was just as it look. Clean. Comfortable. Plenty of room for five. The beach is perfect, with snorkeling and body surfing right outside the back door. Waves were not too big, so good for smaller children. Never crowded. Many times we were the only ones on the beach. Laie is close to other more aggressive beaches, cliff jumping, shark cages, all the good stuff to do on the North Shore. And there isn't anywhere on earth as pretty as it is here. Honolulu isn't even close. Perry and Judy, thanks for a perfect stay!
