Our Pelican Watch Condo is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean sounds. There is no other OCEAN FRONT view at Seabrook Island like this corner, top floor condo with deck. Enjoy one free round of golf with a seven day stay at full price. (Go to our private website for more information.)
Comb your private beach for precious sea shells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the screen door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs.
Put your lounge chair near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pool tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! You can see the horses, too.
Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons!
At night, the kids pass out on the queen sleepers and you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed reserved just for you!

And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not let all your worries be checked at the gate.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of the best parts of our condo are the sunsets. Living on the East Coast, its rare you get a chance to watch the sun set over the water but that's exactly what you can enjoy from our deck. It is also directly on the beach so put on a bathing suit, grab a towel, walk out the deck and you are on the beach. No driving and finding parking. No hiking with coolers and beach chairs for miles. Just pure unadulterated ease and relaxation. We are so close to the beach, in fact, that you need not even leave your deck to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles that are sure to entertain you.
