Year Purchased: 1996
Having worked in Gainesville FL. until 1991, my wife and I wanted a Florida beach home.
We chose cape canaveral because it is quiet and off the beaten path.
We travel alot and prefer to stay in apartments / condos rather than hotels.
Not only for price, but for convenience and comfort. We have tried to keep our unit as we would wish to rent on our travels.

I had a wonderful time at this condo, the view was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and a very family- oriented community. The pictures on this condo don't begin to describe the view and comfort we enjoyed on our stay. The property was clean and well maintained and all we needed was our swimsuits and beach towels and with the wrap around balcony coffee in the mornings was a joy while watching the sun rise. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach, and the owner was very helpful with all our questions and even supplied a list of local restaurants that he recommended, which was very helpful
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
