We have gone to great lengths to make our unit a tasteful, warm place to spend time. If you are looking for a fabulous place to relax and enjoy your time together, call us... we'd love to have you enjoy our home. We want this to be your best vacation ever!!
Unit 2105 is professionally decorated with Coastal design furnishings. Starting with custom paint and drapes, proceeding to the decorator quality furniture and then to the designer linens one can easily discern that this is an unusual find in the rental market on the beach.
In the great room you will find a sofa that makes a queen size bed. The TV with DVD player is housed in a beautiful armoire. For the men, there is a wonderfully comfortable leather RECLINER. Great place to tune in a good ballgame and take a nap. WIRELESS High speed internet is available. EXPANDED CABLE includes many sports channels 40+ music channels as well as 5 HBO channels.
Our intent in the dining room was to design a place to have your meals and then lean back and enjoy visiting over a cup of coffee. The low chairs are all arm chairs, with padded seats and they are on casters and swivel. Verrry comfortable.
You will be delighted to find all the necessary kitchen wares including blender, mixer, toaster, etc. However if your idea of a vacation does not include cooking, there is a telephone book in the drawer that lists all the restaurants available.
Your master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, hand painted armoire in which you will find a large TV with DVD. Doors lead to the balcony and an adjoining master bath. Now in your bath you will find a large walk-in closet, private toilet and a HUGE dual head shower - large enough for 2 people (use your own judgement). Ralph Lauren linens, hair dryer, closet organizers all make your stay stress free and pleasurable.
The 2nd bedroom is a special place. The atmosphere here is cozy due to the custom colors as well as the coordinated bed linens, furnishings, and bath accessories. A queen size iron bed is dressed with custom linens. You will enjoy reading, watching the LCD TV or just "chilling" in this inviting place.
Don't forget, there is a washer and dryer right there in the unit. No need to take dirty clothes home! There is a starter supply of washer and dish detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue and bath soap . Just replace it when you make your first trip to Wal-Mart (right on Thomas Drive). Several restaurants (Scampy's (great flounder), Schooners (drink, dine, dance), Montego Bay (order the seafood bisque, our favorite), as well as a Waffle House, gas/convenience store, beach wear and supply are within less than a block. Captain Anderson's marina and restaurant is less than a mile. You can walk to St. Andrew's State Park where you can find all the water sports available.
I could go on and on, but this is enough to give you an idea of the best condo you could rent. Remember we will accept your credit card, Pay Pal or your checks. We have an application and a contract to sign and you can be on your way to the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
We loved the location of Treasure Island... on the quiet end of the beach, with 3 great restaurants on the same block and a breakfast diner across the street. Traffic is not a problem on the east end of Thomas Drive with the 4 lane street. We are just blocks from Capt. Andersons, Publix, Dollar Stores, St. Andrew's Park, boat ramps and marinas. The view is one-of-a-kind. No other condo has the view perspective of TI. For these reasons, we knew that TI would be a wonderful destination for families, couples and mature guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Staying in our condo means you have chosen one of the best decorated and furnished units in the building. And, the cleanest. We clean our condo ourselves, so we focus of keeping it really clean. If you are concerned about cleanliness, this is the best you can find. We have tried to anticipate your every need and provide for those needs.
We live just 3 miles from Treasure Island. Across from Wendy's at intersection of Thomas and Joan Ave. In Gulf Crest. We are close in case of need.
The end of the island is St. Andrews' Park. Great for walking, biking, beaching, fishing, renting boats, etc. Wildlife, flora and fauna are changing all year.
The best known restaurant in the panhandle. Fabulous food and wonderful service. Dinner cruises on the Lady Anderson. Many other restaurants nearby.
A MUST visit place in PCB. Incredible outdoor mall by Simon -- 1st class. Local stores, gift shops, restaurants, anchor stores (Dillards, Penneys, Target, Chicos, Coldwater Creek, Holisters, Aeropostle, Rack Room Shoes, Italian Garden, Longhorn Steak House, and now... Marshalls.

We are a retired couple who love living at the beach. We live just 3 miles from Treasure Island. Formerly from Illinois, Joann taught school and David was in insurance claims work. We owned and operated a number of businesses in Illinois and TN. A major part of our careers was spent in real estate: buying, selling, rehabbing, decorating, renting; so we have been landlords for many years and believe in "give them more than they expect". We hope you will find our condo "more than you expected" and will become repeat guests, but more importantly, friends!

Dear Joann & David, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. This really was the nicest and CLEANEST and most beautifully decorated condo we have ever stayed in!! The view from the condo is just spectacular... We had a great time at the beach and the pool. We went dolphin watching and snorkelling. But of course, I got stung by the jelly fish. Joann and David - Thank you so much for opening your condo to our family. We love the decorations and Avery loved to watch the boats on the balcony. We had many great meals nearby at Scampy's, Pineapple Willy's and the Hard Rock Cafe in Destin. Our favorite though, was Uncle Ernies. Shane and I went there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary: thanks for the tip. We spent lots of time at the pool and made a short trip to St. Andrew's park. Avery hated the sand!! Thanks for all that you did to make our vacation special. We hope to return next year!!

Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. The accomodation is very well furnished and decorated. As for the view from the balcony --- well, it is magnificent -- you can see for miles, a glorious coastline merging with the Gulf of Mexico sea. We ate at Capt. Andersons, Scampy's, Montego Bay and Schooners -- all good. However, our most enjoyable meal was possibly Boon-Docks Restaurant on the way to the Ebro Dog Race Track -- if you can find it!!

We truly enjoyed our week's stay here at your beautiful condo. You have done a wonderful job decorating. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The girls spent every day at the beach soaking up the sun and are both returning to Ohio with beautiful tans. We made a shopping trip to Pier Park to check out Ron Jon Surf Shop. We enjoyed a great dinner at Scampy's, and a fun time at Margaritaville at Pier Park. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at our condo. We would all love to come back sometime.

When I first walked through the door, my mouth few open! You condo is beautiful! I loved everything about it. It is so roomy and the colors and decorations are awesome!! This is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in!! It felt like a real home. I hope we left it as clean as it was when we arrived. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home! The kids enjoyed it too, especially the view from the huge balcony! The 5 yr old wanted to leave you a picture of us but all I had was a last year softball picture so I told her we'd mail you one so you could tape it to the opposite page. Thanks you again!
