"Cooper's Cabin" sleeps 6-8 and is located on a beautiful lakeside property on all- sports 570-acre Lake Ann with plenty of shade to enjoy the breeze and a fabulous screened-in porch to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. The cottage sleeps six to eight comfortably, with two bedrooms and two full beds on the main floor, and two twins and a trundle available on the lake level. This is a unique "up-north" getaway with a fabulous shoreline, shallow water for the kids, and a private boat dock. Bring your own "toys" or have a pontoon boat, fishing boats, trampolines and jet skis delivered to the lake for you by private companies in the area. The owner has provided a kayak for your use as well. On the main street level, there is a full living room and small kitchen overlooking the lake, with the bedrooms and bathroom on the other end. Dine on the large deck or go out to the screened-in porch where you can have a picnic with the kids or spend some quiet time reading. This room always has a lake breeze to make this a favorite gathering or sleeping place for the kids.
The lower lake level has a very large entertaining space with twin beds tucked in the one corner. Leather couch and many chairs and tables make this the perfect room for enjoying TV or playing board games. Additional private bath facilities on the lake level.
Head down to the water, take your boat out and enjoy a fun-filled day fishing in this beautiful lake, or just capture the sounds of the summer as you take a quiet canoe or kayak ride at sunset around the lake. End the day sitting around the fire pit planning for your next day of fun.
