This exclusive apartment is located in a fabulous left bank location, just a few strides from rue Cler market, the focal point of the area.
The apartment is on the fourth floor (US) of a classic turn-of-the-century stone building. The building has a security code, an interphone and an elevator.
The interior style is decidedly contemporary, yet with a timeless grace and elegance. The clean lines of the design are complemented by crisply contrasting hues. The beautifully appointed living room has lots of space to spread out in comfort. With two full-length french windows overlooking tree-lined avenue Bosquet, the room is bright and airy. The hundred-year-old hardwood parquet floorboards, ceiling mouldings and marble fireplace give a natural charm that is enhanced by the opulent furnishings.
The living room is designed around three distinct areas: the living/TV area that seats six thanks to two sofas and two cubic suede stools, the desk area for working or just surfing the web, and the dining area for enjoying meals at home, featuring a gorgeous 1950’s perspex set of table and chairs.
There are two equal-sized bedrooms. The first has a thick-mattress queen-size bed, with a stylish high-back striped bed head and matching cushions. Custom integrated wardrobes provide ample room for clothes and luggage. The second has two singles that can be united as a queen-size double, thanks to an over mattress that eliminates the center gap. Simply specify your desired bed combination on booking.
The kitchen is bright, with a courtyard-facing window. The units are finished in oak panels, whose warmth is contrasted by stainless steel appliances and accessories. You'll have everything to hand for preparing all the foods that the rue Cler open market will tempt you with. Incorporated are all amenities you would wish for (fridge/freezer, convection oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, gas range, extractor, dish washer, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer).
The bathrooms have Italian-style tiled shower cabins, and wash basins. Each bathroom has its own affirmed design, with one finished in a soothing trendy mastic shade with contrasting chrome fittings, the other in a moody anthracite with sharp white lines spacing the tiles. Thick towels and bathrobes are provided.

This upscale neighborhood, located in the 7th district, and overlooked by the Eiffel Tower, contains some of the most beautiful architecture in Paris with buildings proudly displaying their gloriously grand stone carvings. The airy, wide open avenues and boulevards are the antithesis of the somewhat cramped streets of the Marais. The Champs de Mars park, behind the Eiffel Tower, offers a stunning setting for reading, strolling, or just letting the kids vent their energy at the playground. The Place du Trocadero offers one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to go there at night when thousands of twinkling lights sparkle at the top of every hour and the rotating searchlight crosses the Paris night sky. There’s lots to visit besides the Eiffel Tower, including the Musée Rodin, Musée d’Orsay, Musée du Quai Branly, Hotel des Invalides and Ecole Militaire.
