Welcome to the Acadia Bungalow! Probably the most unique weekly rental this side of Cadillac Mountain! Located in beautiful Otter Creek, Maine; just four miles past Bar Harbor, four minutes from the Otter Cliffs entrance to the Acadia National Park loop road, seconds from Blackwoods Campground and the Eagles Crag/ Cadillac Mountain trail head. Otter Creek is a small town surrounded on all sides by park land. It is close enough to Bar Harbor to make shopping and quick trips to town convenient, while remaining far removed from the traffic and noise.
The property features a spacious yard with hammock, fire pit, front and back decks, weber gas grill, seasonal lupines in abundance, and ample parking. The house is bold and cheery, inside and out. The interior is newly renovated, floor to ceiling, including a kitchen that must be seen to be believed. Inside the house you will find:
2 bedrooms, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds,
complete inventory of blankets sheets, and towels
T.V. with CD/DVD player (no cable or antenna programing)
books and games
completely outfitted kitchen with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the
basics
washer and dryer in basement
This is a non-smoking house. Bring your pets, there is plenty of room for them to run around in the backyard. The Island Explorer bus stops right in front of the house.
