Our Lake Lanier Cottage is just adorable! This home is located at prestigious Thompson Creek (the quiet Northwest corner of the lake away from all the crowds and rough water) approximately three miles from Georgia 400. This lake cottage is just minutes away from public boat ramps, many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, Amicalola Falls, and fabulous shopping at the Premier North Georgia Outlet Mall.
We are very excited about our place and have made many up-grades and improvements over the years. This cottage has two bedroom and two bath home. It provides clean and comfortable accommodations for six to eight guests. Enjoy beautiful lake views, especially from the large sun room.
There are two sun decks, patio table, and grill. You can bring your boat or rent one, or maybe you prefer jet-skies, or waverunners. Our dock is included with rental, and you will love the quiet cove where we are located. Enjoy fishing, sunbathing or just relaxing.
The master bedroom is very attractive with a king bed, and the master bathroom has a double vanity plus a garden tub/shower. The guest room is very cute and has a king bed and bunk beds. You can also use the futon sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided. The cottage also has "Wireless Internet."
"We offer a great place for a great price!" Plus... you won't believe all the attractions around this area. Pan for gold or just stroll along by the quaint restaurants and shops in the historic town of Dahlonega. You might also enjoy white-water rafting, horseback riding, or a game of golf. Maybe travel north to Helen Georgia (especially fun during Octoberfest.) No matter what you decide to do... I know it will be the perfect place for you and your family to share a memorable vacation on "Georgia's Premier Lake Lanier."

Hi,
We are Tara and Brian DeLosier. Brian and I love to spend time at Lake Lanier, but our work schedule and our children's school schedule sometimes limits our ability to enjoy our lake cottage as often as we would like. Therefore, we decided to share our cottage with other families.
Why the Owner Chose Dawsonville
We both have wonderful childhood memories of days on the lake spent with family and friends, so when we had the opportunity to purchase this lake home... we were thrilled! We hope our children will also remember all of the great lake days we have shared together as a family. Please consider staying at our cottage to relax and get away from it all. We enjoyed the cottage! We were able to relax and enjoy spending time with our family. The cottage is close to several area attractions. The convenience to food and shopping were also a plus to staying here. We were only a short drive from town, Burt's Pumpkin farm, and Dahlonega. THis is a very clean and comfortable place to get away from the rush of everyday life.
