The house is a modern sunny five bedroom,four bathroom which sits on Lake Winnipesaukee. It has a 50' deep water dock with aluminum boat and canoe on sight with an outside shower. The house has a deck off of the family room and in-law suite. The back grounds facing the water has three levels; two separate patios, a perched beach and a firepit which is great for entertaining. There is also an out door shower, a bocce court, and a horseshoe pit.
There are three bedrooms in the main house. one king bed, one queen bed and one bedroom consisting of two twin beds. The stainless steal kitchen includes granite counter tops and hickory wood. Modern dining and living room with vaulted ceilings. The in-law suite is attached to the main house consisting of one king bedroom and one additional bedroom with two twin beds and one double bed. Also has its own kitchen, sitting area, and bathroom.
