Our 1500 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is perfectly situated to provide you with a cool and comfortable shaded respite from the warm sunny days of the Mayan Riviera. Step off your patio and into the pool. Walk a bit further to the warm and beautiful ocean.
Our beachfront home includes a master suite (one king) with beautiful granite tiled bathrooms and quality 100% cotton both towels and beach towels. The second bedroom features two queen beds and the third has one queen. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa allowing 10 people to share this home in comfort. All of the bedrooms are appointed with superior quality mattresses and pads.
We have a 40' flat screen TV in the living area and Wii! When you just can't take the beauty of the Caribbean any longer - feel free to veg out and Wii.
If you wish to cook, our kitchen has everything you need. Fresh, delicious regional ingredients are available at many markets within walking distance. Kitchen features granite countertops, travertine marble floors, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter, stove and oven, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils and flatware. Washer/dryer in every unit!

Thank you Tonya Sarina of Playa Beach Condos for all your help with our stay at E1. We were 2 families staying together and had a great time! It was so handy with kids to open our sliding patio doors to the pool. As promised we were steps to the ocean, and the beach server Adin set us up with a lounger and umbrella right away when he saw us coming. We were steps away to 5th avenue which was fun at night. We dined right next door at a little diner for breakfast (I think it's called el sabor) which also had cheap dinner specials to eat in or take out. The staff at Luna was great, and maids Christina and Gloria so friendly and efficent. We will be back! Best oceanfront in Playa! Martha, Ottawa, CanadaRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I rent property in Mexico that is owned by my family or friends. I love travelling to Mexico (and anywhere else for that matter) and am currently studying the language. We just returned from Playa del Carmen and want to assure you that Playa is safe as wonderful as always. Now is a great time to travel!
