French doors off the dining room lead to a screened in porch and from there to a private hot tub on the deck. Other amenities include a large wood burning fireplace in an open area plan, TV, DVD player, high speed Internet and fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave.
The house is beautifully designed in the craftsman style with a west coast flavor. Extensive cedar decks built from the logs cleared on the land provide additional outdoor living space.This is a brand new home with all the amenities.
Pender Island House is the perfect retreat for families or couples interested in visiting the beautiful Gulf Island area.
