This is a beachfront property in Laie on Oahu's North Shore. This location has it all! A sandy beach front and a this spectacular view from your kitchen, bed or lanai. Most beach front houses just look out at open ocean. However, this Oahu guest house has been built higher up the lot providing full 180° views of Laie Bay, Hukilau Beach, Malaekahana State Park, and Goat Island. The lower part of this large (2/3 of an acre) beachfront lot offers a private, gated access to Laie Beach. Do you remember the lyrics in the Hawaiian song "All the Hukilau nets are swishing, down in Old Laie Bay"? Well this is the spot that that the song was written about.
A little less than one hour from downtown Honolulu, this beautiful location will give you an "Outer Island" experience without the extra airfare cost and time, traveling to Maui or Kauai. Some of Oahu's biggest attractions such as the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Golf Links, and world-famous North Shore surfing beaches are only a few minutes away from this Laie retreat. It's the perfect blend for a paradise island getaway.
This large 390 square foot studio, was primarily designed as a guest accommodation to the main house. It's fully-equipped tile kitchen and bath will delight you. The studio sports 10 foot high ceilings and large, panoramic ocean views from both the huge 3' x 6' kitchen window and from the 6'x 7' sliding glass patio doors. Its queen-size "wall bed" folds away during the day to optimize space. Although the unit has a room air conditioner, most people prefer to leave the sliding glass doors open and fall asleep listening to the tranquil surf sounds.
Choose the perfect setting for your morning breakfast of tropical fruit. Just outside your door is a tile lanai or a few steps down is your own private sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and table. A hillside of tropical plants, ponds, waterfall and ocean sounds await you.
The owners (2 adults) live in the main house. There is convenient driveway parking for your rental car with your own private gated entrance, this studio has it all...Great views and beach front too.
