This 7 bedroom 6 bath house is one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Palms. Located at 619 Ocean Blvd. this house has spectacular views from all porches. This luxury beach house boasts 2 master suites with large master baths. Both which include big jacuzzi tubs and showers with multiple heads. Kevin Costner actually stayed here for two months when he was in town with his band!!
If one formal livingroom weren't enough, this house has two. The main living area is very open with your choice of a sunroom or state of the art entertainment area, equipt with wet bars in each living room. Spacious porches front and back on each floor. Elevator located in the garage.
When you enter the home from the front door you are welcomed by a living room with flat screed TV/DVD, wet bar and mini fridge. The first of two master suites is located across the hall from living room with great ocean view. Also on this floor there are 4 more bedroom, one with queen, one with two queens, one with king, and one with two twins, there is also a large laundry room and open sitting area located on this floor. Every bedroom has its own bath.
On the second floor is the very large dining room, kitchen and great room. This kitchen is top notch, all stainless appliances, two dishwasher, ice maker, gas cooktop, and double ovens. Down the hall from the kitchen is the second master suite, this room is very large, and has a seperate sitting area with sleeper sofa. Across the hall from this bedroom there is another large room with two twin, each with trundle, and a sleeper sofa.

we stayed at this house 8-7 thru 8-14 the house is great plenty of room, the only problem we had was when we arrived at 3:30 or so the house was not ready the floors were very dirty the linens were not washed and changed yet . this was very disapointing to our family. It appeared that the house had not had a very good cleaning in a long time. the manager sent out a new cleaning company that same day. this company did a great job. the house is very nice it needs a good overall cleaning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

I spent time in April with a group of students and two other teachers. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner/overseer went out of her way to help us with parking and even baked us a pan of brownies. She was very willing to answer all my questions and concerns and her kindness went beyond what I have received at many other homes we have rented before. It was just a skip across the street to the beach, and the neighborhood was quite and well kept. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and plan on coming back again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family spent a long weekend at this house. The space worked very well for the large group. The location to the beach and the views were great and we had a wonderful time. It was nicely decorated. We hope to go back, but would like to make the following recommendations: the ice machine and trash compacter should be fixed, the vacumn system should be fixed and the home well vacumned prior to renters arriving. There are no hair dryers or starter toiletries, so plan to bring our own. No towel hooks in the bathrooms and no stoppers in several of the tubs. The overall feeling is that the house needed alittle TLC to make quests truly feel welcomed.Owner response: Thanks so much to our guest for letting us know the problems we needed to resolve. Everything has been fixed along with an extra full size fridge/freezer down by the pool. We have also hired an new housekeeping company that has been doing a wonderful job. There a many towel hookes in bathrooms along with back of bedroom doors, along with a great new start up package for guest. I truly hope you come back to stay and see all the improvement we have done.
