All you need for that family get away! Beautiful two bedroom, two bath lakefront condo located close to Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker(Southwood Shores). Condo is tastefully decorated in a Light House theme and features 31 inch TV (cable) and home theatre in living room, flat-screen (cable) TV/DVD/VCR in master bedroom along with your personal entrance to the deck. Second bedroom has Cable TV/VCR/DVD and PlayStation (with games) for the kids. Wireless internet available for your use at the club house while watching the kids swim or setting on the deck.
During your stay, enjoy some selections from our personal movie and DVD collection that will entertain both the kids and adults alike. All rooms and deck have ceiling fans and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need for you vacation. Make sure you set aside some time to relax on your private deck that overlooks the lake.
We own another condo in the same complex if additional room is required. Both units are close to the outdoor pool. The amenities in this complex are unmatched in this price range. Boat dock rental available. One of the units is now pet friendly. ($25 fee-must be house trained) We do not block the calendar unless both condos are not available for that date.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
Our family came down and stayed at one of the Teachers unit for years. We and another family were down on vacation together one year and decided we have so much fun we wanted to buy a unit. We purchased our first unit in March 2004. Since the unit was rented so often we decided to purchase another one so we could enjoy as well. We now have two units and love coming down.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The kids never get bored because there is so much to do on site and off. They love the indoor pool during the off season and Mike and I sit in the hottub while they swim. They play tennis and basketball. My husband is a fisherman so gets out early to fish and comes back to get the girls to tube and ski. We love to go out to eat to the water restrarants. Our favorite is Frankie and Louie(they have a sand beach and one man band). Doc Nockers and Shady Gators are right on the water and only two miles by car.
My husband surprised my girlfriend and I with spa days one year. Spa Shiki is a great spa. The kids love going to the outlet mall and minor mikes. There is parasailing offered a mile from the complex. There is always something to do. The complex hosts a DJ at the pool several times during the summer and has a bque there. In August they have a fishing derby for the kids.
Its a fun place to be and everyone there is very friendly.
Take 54 to Highway HH(Horseshoe bend rd). Go 4.1miles and take a left at the LaFaita's and proceed down the hill to Southwood Shores.

The property was really a great place to spend the weekend. The entire complex is very well maintained and the view was better than pictured above. I can imagine that the property is very busy at peak times and it looks like it is built to handle all the traffic. The spring weekend was very quiet and relaxing. This is definitely a keeper in my book.

We had such a great time on our honeymoon! We are so happy we found your condo! Our dog loved the ducks that came right up to the edge of the water...and we loved watching the fish! Very comfy, clean and quiet. The indoor pool & hot tub were awesome! We loved that it was just far enough away from everything, but still close to everything! :) We can't wait to come back in the summer!

The condo was great; it was clean and had everything that the write up about it claimed. Having stayed in rental apartments in other cities in the US and Europe, this was unusual as normally something is off - but not here. Had a great time and the complex had everything needed for a relaxing time away. A renter can make the time quiet and relaxing or as busy as they want - a perfect location!

We were very pleased with our decision to rent this condo for our vacation. It was clean, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils, making it easy to serve meals. We enjoyed the covered deck every day, with our youngest fishing off the sidewalk 3 feet from us. He caught (and released) 53 fish!!! We would love to come back and stay another time soon!!!

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I stayed at this condo for the weekend, and had a wonderful time. It was much nicer than I even thought it would be, and there really was something for everyone. My husband loved the convenient fishing, my daughter loved the pool and I just enjoyed relaxing on the deck. We will definitely be back!
