High end renovation completed 2008. Completely new interior kitchen, baths etc. as well as new exterior roof, siding and landscape. Rare Golden Granite countertops and oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout. This unique condo has new pine doors and trim throughout. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms have been completely redone with new toilets, tubs, flooring and lighting, etc... New updated photos will be available in December 2007. There is a new flat screen T.V. in the large family room. The family rooms boasts spectacular views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The condo was professionally decorated with elegant mountain decor. There is a new extra large "L" shaped sofa that is perfect to relax in after a day on the slopes. Our bay window viewing the slopes has a wonderful reading chair to soak in the views. This unit has all the high end features that will make your stay luxurious.

Location, location, the Snodallion condo is steps to Peak 9/Quicksilver lift and steps to Main Street Station and town. You can't find a more convenient location to both Ski area, ski school, town and restaurants. Snodallion is across the street from the Marriot Mountain Resort which is ski in/ski out and one block to town . With the new gondola in place this location is even better as there are fewer lift lines on peaks 9 and 10 with no hassle to the lifts.

This rare top floor corner unit has beautiful mountain views and sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. The 25 foot vaulted ceilings, sky lights, bay window create a bright and sunny spacious living area with amazing views. The newly furnished family room has a gas fire place and a 37 inch flat screen T.V.. Additional amenities include full sized washer and dryer in unit in small laundry room off the kitchen and membership to Columbine pool complex. WiFi, Flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo, cable TV, videos, books, a game cube system and games are included for your in unit entertainment.

The master has king bed, cable television and private bathroom. There are three full bathrooms, all beautifully renovated. The 4th bedroom, which sleeps three people, is on the second floor and has spectacular mountain views. In the 4th bedroom is a bunk bed with twin top full bottom. The second and third bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo to create privacy. In the second bedroom is a queen bed and cable television. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Building amenities includes pool, hot tubs and indoor parking. The heated garage has a reserved parking space for 1 car. The garage has a ski locker for your convenience. There is also a bike rack for summer enjoyment of nearby trails. The building complex shares a year round heated outdoor pool in a peaceful setting. There is a pool house with two outdoor hot tubs and two indoor hot tubs with showers in locker room.

Building and condo are non smoking. No pets allowed.
