Worst experience ever at Sandestin

Unit has no pool access card as promised so my kids could not go to the pool. Air Conditoner did not work and our stay was over 80 degrees in the unit the whole time (3 days). Technician could not fix. Was not offerred any refund even though we had to leave a day early due to the heat.
Owner response:The pool is accessible with a card that is in the unit, the Grand admitted that it was their fault for not providing enough water to the a/c unit. The guest picked how much she felt that she should have been refunded. I was willing to help her in anyway I could, but could not satisfy her demands. Have been renting this unit on vrbo for over five years. One negative comment, not bad.
