Feel at home in this Condo rated Deluxe Plus, the highest rating given to Condos in this building. Recent extensive remodeling includes new 20 inch tile and new Berber carpet throughout, mirrored wall in living area, remodeled bathrooms, fresh paint, new bed coverings and many new pieces of furniture all tied together in a West Indies theme. Nearly $20,000 was spent to make your stay a pleasant one. This condo and my other condo are unique to all others at Pelican Beach in that they have a keyless entry - no key to pick up or send back and forth, no key to worry about losing at the beach. Less hassle and saves time.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Two bunk beds in the hall, a new queen-size sleeper sofa and an additional full bathroom allow up to six people to sleep comfortably.

Location is always key and Pelican Beach Resort is very conveniently located. The Condo is right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park, very close to shopping and numerous great restaurants as well as many other resort activities. This newly remodeled Condo is a great value right in the heart of Destin!

  • My husband and I spend 2 weeks here every year. The condo feels like home. Greg takes pride in pleasing his guest and goes to great detail in making sure your stay is all you expect it to be. This location provides a fantastic view from either door. Can't wait to come back next year!

  • My wife and I just got back from staying there four nights last week and we loved it. We were expecting the view to be good, but it was even better than we expected. Everything was well decorated and we felt right at home. Also, the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and telling our friends.

  • This condo is wonderful! The expansive balcony and the phenomenal views of the Destin Beaches in both directions, as well as the commanding inland view of the entire city of Destin, are to die for. The furnishings, the ceramic tile, the West Indies theme, the luxurious bathrooms were all terrific. The little extra touches, like the broadband internet access and the secure, keyless access to the condo, made our Thanksgiving vacation even more enjoyable. And the ceiling fans were QUIET! As a runner, I really appreciated the central location of the Pelican Beach Resort and the easy access to some great running courses: Gulf Shore Dr., the resorts and beaches of the East Pass and the docking areas of the fishing fleet at Destin Harbor. The nearby restaurants we tried, like the Marina Cafe, the Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Harbor Docks, and the Lighthouse Restaurant were all great. The fitness center was well-equipped and the machinery was in good condition. The belts on the treadmills did not slip. In short, everything was first-rate and we wanted for nothing. Don't pass this up!
