My family loved it here, especially being on the 18th floor we were able to see dolphins almost everyday from the balcony! By far the best unit i've stayed in at Pelican Beach Resort!!! Everything was beautiful, pictures do it no justice! Thanks again greg, cant wait to return!!!

We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend in this lovely condo. Everything was excellent -- good communication with the owner, beautiful and clean condo, helpful staff, fantastic view from the balcony. This was our first visit to Destin --- we'll definitely be back!!!

Just stayed 2 nights for an anniversary getaway. Lovely condo. It's everything Greg's photos show. Of course we had no need for the pool or sundeck in January, but I would love to come back again! Be sure you go eat at Dewey Destin under the East Pass Bridge AND at Jim and Nick's BBQ...both great places we'd never been before!

We were very pleased with this unit. Waking up each morning to a beautiful scene. We were close to any of the local restaurants. We cooked in a couple times and enjoyed the lapping of the waves . We enjoy watching the schools of fish and dolphins playing outside our balcony. We will be coming back again.

We stay here often at Pelican and love it. Lots to do and friendly staff. We have tried a few other places, but they don't compare to the staff and amenities that Pelican Beach offers. We like the higher floors for the view, and this condo had one of the best views. It is close to the middle of the resort and right in front of the ocean. No side views of the beach!! The King bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels, linens, etc. The pull out sofa sleeper was not too comfortable for my son, and he had a problem sleeping in the bunk bed because he's claustrophobic, so next time we will go for the 2 bedroom. I did give him my spot on the King bed one night and he fell asleep within minutes. Great for a small family! I highly recommend this unit to someone with kids who have no issues with bunk beds or a couple. The owners are great at communicating with you and offering assistance if needed. Shake's is great for a hot dog and ice cream, its right across the street basically. Wal-Mart is just down the road for all your groceries and things you forgot. We like to do one nice dinner and recommend AJ's, Cuvee Bistro, or any of the places in the town area next to AJ's. Bring your binoculars to see the marine life from your balcony right before sunset. Lots of jellies, sting rays, dolphins, and schools of fish can be seen yearly. Destin is one of our favorite vacation spots even among International places. Stay at Pelican Beach Resort, you will not be disappointed!!

Condo is very nice. Unfortunately, we spent most of our 4 days inside because of the tropical storm. Greg was very prompt to my requests for the reservation. It was all very seemless. We ventured out some and had some great food and did some shopping that is near by. We will definitely come again and stay here, hopefully when there is not a tropical storm coming. The view off the balcony is very nice. FYI....The Red Bar in Grayton Beach is a most excellent restaurant. Must see!!

My girlfriend and I just got back from staying there three nights last week and it was incredible. I have stayed in several condos in Destin and this was by far the best. Very well decorated and we felt right at home. Great beach front view and centered around most anything you choose to do.Greg was a pleasure to work with and he made everything very simple. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. You will not find a better deal for you money!

My family and I stayed in this condo the second week in July. What a beautifully decorated unit with magnificient views of the crystal clear ocean. The beach and view were gorgeous as always. Our trip was success and our stay comfortable. Can't wait to go back to Destin and the Pelican! We would most definitely recommend this unit to everyone. The owners were a great pleasure to work with and very accomodating and nice people. Hope you have as much fun as we did!

My husband and I spend 2 weeks here every year. The condo feels like home. Greg takes pride in pleasing his guest and goes to great detail in making sure your stay is all you expect it to be. This location provides a fantastic view from either door. Can't wait to come back next year!

My wife and I just got back from staying there four nights last week and we loved it. We were expecting the view to be good, but it was even better than we expected. Everything was well decorated and we felt right at home. Also, the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and telling our friends.

This condo is wonderful! The expansive balcony and the phenomenal views of the Destin Beaches in both directions, as well as the commanding inland view of the entire city of Destin, are to die for. The furnishings, the ceramic tile, the West Indies theme, the luxurious bathrooms were all terrific. The little extra touches, like the broadband internet access and the secure, keyless access to the condo, made our Thanksgiving vacation even more enjoyable. And the ceiling fans were QUIET! As a runner, I really appreciated the central location of the Pelican Beach Resort and the easy access to some great running courses: Gulf Shore Dr., the resorts and beaches of the East Pass and the docking areas of the fishing fleet at Destin Harbor. The nearby restaurants we tried, like the Marina Cafe, the Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Harbor Docks, and the Lighthouse Restaurant were all great. The fitness center was well-equipped and the machinery was in good condition. The belts on the treadmills did not slip. In short, everything was first-rate and we wanted for nothing. Don't pass this up!
