Mobile home is totally remodeled, with new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. View from kitchen is inspiring! Ten-by-25-foot covered porch is great for entertaining and enjoying the hot tub! Stair steps off of deck go to our private road,go down our road, then walk across Wayah road,take our steps down to the lake and enjoy the water! The sunset views are awesome from this property! Property is next to the lake across Wayah road. A great relaxing place to enjoy the water and views of Nantahala on a budget!

We had a great week of weather and the home had all the features as listed. The house was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed as far as cooking and linens. The hot tub got nightly use and was just right after walking the trails. The marina was very friendly and we docked our pontoon there for the week at a very reasonable rate. The owner was very helpful, answered all our questions very promptly, and easy to communicate with via email. We highly recommend this property to all our friends and relatives for sure.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nice remodeled mobile with great deck and views of lake. Water access just down the hill across highway. Nice kitchen and washer-dryer. Bring DVDs or tapes because no reception on TV.
