Breathtaking view of the Lake! Very convenient to lake access, restaurant, and general store! All in walking distance! Tie your boat up on the shore at our private lake access area and enjoy the lake swimming, skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, etc.

Mobile home is totally remodeled, with new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. View from kitchen is inspiring! Ten-by-25-foot covered porch is great for entertaining and enjoying the hot tub! Stair steps off of deck go to our private road,go down our road, then walk across Wayah road,take our steps down to the lake and enjoy the water! The sunset views are awesome from this property! Property is next to the lake across Wayah road. A great relaxing place to enjoy the water and views of Nantahala on a budget!

  • Nice remodeled mobile with great deck and views of lake. Water access just down the hill across highway. Nice kitchen and washer-dryer. Bring DVDs or tapes because no reception on TV.
