At 1800 square feet, this is one of the largest townhomes in prestigious Northridge Station. It is perfectly located on top of the mountain across from the Camelback ski slopes, with magnificent views from the large deck as well as all rear windows and doors. This townhome has amenities such as double-door front entry into foyer, fireplace, and cathedral ceiling with skylights.

This home has large bedrooms with full-length mirrors on the closet doors and a master bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub. Large kitchen with breakfast nook area as well as dining area. Skiing right next door in the winter and Camelback Water Park right next door in the summer.   • I have rented this property for an annual weekend getaway for the past 3 years in a row since 2006. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to inquires. Prior to our stay, they provided me with all the information I needed about the local area included where to eat (and not to eat) as well the location of the local grocery store which doesn't even show up on some mapping websites. The house is always clean when our group arrives and has everything that we need for the weekend. The property is located within 5 minutes drive of the Ski Camelback/Camelbeach making it easy to come home and have a relaxing lunch or dinner break rather than fighting the crowds for a table and eating overpriced bad pizza at the resort. I highly recommend this property for anyone that is planning to take a weekend getaway. NOTE: If this is your first time traveling to the area, be advised that the property address does not come up on all mapping sites. I've had the best luck with Mapquest and google maps. There are some other roads in the are with similar names so if you are unsure, verify with the owner before you travel. Also, the address may not appear on some GPS units. If this is the case, map your destination to the main entrance of camelback resort the follow the directions provided by the property owner. House is approx 5 min drive after you pass the front entrance.
