An adjoining dining room, plus an upscale kitchen with raised breakfast bar and central island makes this a great area for entertaining and for family gatherings.
A private master suite with adjoining bath is also located on this top floor. A second master suite with private bath, two guest rooms and a cozy family room (use as fifth bedroom, if needed) with a sofa sleeper and built-in bunks are located on the second floor. Screened porch off family room and deep porches off both ends of the third floor great room extends the living area and provides the perfect spots for enjoying the views, the fragrant breezes and sounds of the surf.
