Beautiful 2700 sq. feet bayfront private house in a gated community, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, boating. Jump in the large swimming pool, or soak in the five-person jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the bay. Or gear up for the dynamic night life of South Beach, just minutes away. The Convention Center, Aventura Mall, Haulover Beach, Bal Harbour Shops are also close!

HOUSE AMMENITIES:

KITCHEN: Large, Eat -in kitchen w. granite counters, island table, professional Vulcan Gas stove w. 2 ovens and flat-top, grill, exhaust hood, 2 sinks, large refrigerator w. filtered water and ice-maker, all the equipment you can think of...

DINNIG ROOM: Formal dinning room w. table for 8 people, swing door to the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM: made into a formal salon w. a Knabe Piano, real fire-place, antique sofa and armchairs, great for having an afternoon tea or cocktail.

FLORIDA ROOM: this is the family room w. a huge sofa, oversized armchair, ottoman, entertainment centre w. 42" plasma TV, large speakers, CD and DVD players, big movie selection on DVDs, digital cable, french door to the patio and pool.

BEDROOMS: the bedrooms are about the same size, 14'x17', each with their own marble bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Master Bedroom has a queensize bed, french patio door that goes to the jacuzzi and pool. The second bedroom has a double bed+ 1 chaize (suited for a child to sleep on). It also has a flat screen TV, cable

GUEST BEDROOM: Has its own bathroom, 1 twin size bed, 1 armchair, 2 windows, closet, flat screen TV, digital cable, DVD and CD player. It originally was a maid's room. It can be accessed through the kitchen or through a separate service door. For extra sleeping space I have 2 pillow top Aerobeds that can be easily set up in any room.

PATIO: covered patio w. a dinning area w. a large marble table (great for dinner), 6 padded chairs+ extra folding bamboo chairs. There's also a large plush sofa with ottoman for lounging. Very private, as the fences are tall and full of vegetation.

JACUZZI: Large, state of the art jacuzzi with 5 people capacity, w. marble steps.

POOL: 36' feet long by 16 wide, w. floating lounges. Always crystal clear!

DOCK: can be used to dock a 32' boat, great for fishing and sunbathing. It has 2 padded lounge chairs and a coffee table. There is an outdoor fan for those hot days. The sunsets over the bay are spectacular!

PARKING: The house has a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.

  • Beautiful, clean yet comfortable home. Nikk makes sure your stay is perfect. He offered directions, was avail over the phone for any questions. The pool, hot tub were relaxing & clean. The pictures of the outdoors sold us on the property and we were NOT disappointed. You make this home YOUR home quickly. Not sure about young children(breakable decor) put awesome adult retreat to recharge!! Rent a car and use parking garages for SOBE (10 min FUN drive) Great for friends to reunite! THANK YOU NIKK!
