This town home villa is part of Pleasure Isle Villas Complex with 34 units.
This property has brick sidewalks in the common areas to connect to all the activities within the complex - adult pool, kiddy pool, tennis courts, and a Board Walkway to deeded access to beach.
To access the beach, walk out of unit and follow brick sidewalk to Beach Road on South Side of Complex and cross the 2 lane Beach Road onto Pleasure Isle Villa's Board Walk taking you directly to the Beach and Gulf.
The Lagoon is on the North side of the unit. The neighborhood is extremely safe and great for walking, bicycling, or jogging around. You are minutes from all the activities. We are on an Island and that makes everything compact.
This unit has been completely remodeled with new furniture and decor and also, freshly painted. You will get a good night's rest on the King Master bed and be ready to participate in some of all the activities you have to choose from.
In the 2nd bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top. There is another single bed in this room, also. This gives you plenty of beds.
Also, there is a large sleeper sofa and a love seat in the Living Area downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower downstairs that is convenient for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The Master bath has a shower and tub combination. The 2nd bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and dressing table area.
