Welcome to 7169 Harbourside II, the unit is located on the top floor of the complex. The unit is spacious with 2500 square feet of living space and is two-stories, offering 3 master suites plus 2 sleeper sofas. You are immediately met with marbled floors and a mirrored wall and wet bar that reflects the party atmosphere of this unit. The first floor includes a large Living Room with a marbled fireplace, leather reclining sofa and two love seats that open into single beds and a flat screen tv.
Glass slidding doors from both the Living and Dining Rooms open onto a large covered balcony stretching the entire width of the unit. There are two separate sitting areas, overlooking the largest marina on Hilton Head Island, Broad Creek and the marshes. The weekly fireworks (on Tuesday nights during season) seem to explode right in front of you and you can hear the summer concerts in the band stand below.
There is a dining room with space for six and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom that has a Queen-size bed and a fully marbled bathroom located on the first floor of the unit.
Climb the full stairway to the second floor bedrooms, all floored in bamboo hardwood. The Guest bedroom has a four poster King-size bed with a fully marbled bathroom and a sitting area. The Master is a huge bedroom with a marbled fireplace and a large jetted hot tub that overlooks the harbour, and a large sitting area with a Queen sofa bed. There is also a large walk-in closet, double vanity with mirrors and a separate area with walk-in double sized shower. A laundry alcove with full-size appliances completes this floor. There are TVs with DVD players in the Living Room and all Bedrooms.
Shelter Cove is built like a Mediterranean resort marina with seven restaurants and several stores for shopping within a 2 minute walk. For those who love the beach, there is a free shuttle service from March to October that picks you up at the front of the complex, if you prefer to bike over to the beach there is a bike path, or drive over to the beach club.
If you do not want the shuttle, or you want to come in the Fall and Spring (when the weather is mild and the golf is great), there is also private parking at the beach for Shelter Cove guests. The beach is only a 5 minute drive from the building. The beach is one of the largest on the East Coast and is suitable for biking. Shelter Cove Mall, the largest on the Island, is a 15 minute walk or a five minute drive. A small strip center with additional restaurants, liquor store and a large grocery store is another five minutes.
Hilton Head Island is a golf mecca with 22 semi-public courses on the Island and another dozen within a ten mile radius off of the Island.
The complex pool is located within a 2 minute walk from the unit, there are plenty of chairs, chaises and even a grilling area on the pool deck.

We've been visiting the island for over 20 years and this was the best unit we've ever had. It was a great location and the unit was great. The entire family had the best time ever.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I have just returned from a stay at this condo and was very disappointed with the condition of it. It hadn't been cleaned properly and was very dusty everywhere. We did complain to the agents but nothing was done. We had to clean it ourselves. The furniture is very old and tired and not as luxurious as portrayed on the website.Owner response: The cleaning staff was dispatched out to the unit when a call was placed from the guest within one hour of the guests phone call. There were no additional complaints or concerns after the original call. The deck facing the marina is covered which does limit some light into the unit but is a great place to enjoy the marina activity and shopping village below during rain or shine. Many repeat guests reserve the unit each year and its clear from the other guest reviews -the unit is in a great location, the photos on the site were taken within the last year and the furnishings have not been an issue with previous guest.

The kitchen was recently renovated in October of 2012. Beautiful counter tops and new stainless steel appliances make cooking enjoyable!

Dining area offers sliding doors that leads to a covered patio with awesome views.

The beautiful fire place and soaking tub, which has an amazing view, is all part of the amazing master suite!

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed,TV, and has its own access to the hall bath.

The balcony has plenty of seating for everyone. You could sit outside all day with this incredible view.
