A comfortable home with high-end furnishings and thoughtful provisions is made even better thanks to its ocean-front location. As a sixth-floor penthouse, with massive windows and soaring ceilings, this unit feels even bigger than its 1910 square feet. While both air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available to keep you comfortable, you might prefer to let nature do its thing and send in gorgeous ocean breezes.
While the condo packs a long list of unbelievable extras, you’ll probably love its simplest feature most. A 400-square foot balcony functions as your outdoor dining room, living room and private, paradisiacal kingdom. From here, you might even be lucky enough to spot dolphins playing offshore and will surely adore watching pelicans’ antics.
For a full relaxation, you’ll want to spend at least part of your day unwinding on the large couch in the open-plan living space. While there are plenty of views to be enjoyed through the patio sliding doors, there’s lots else to choose from, too. A new HDTV and included DVD player are a popular choice, as is the included wireless Internet. Just bring your laptop and share hours of YouTube classics with family and friends.
Carpeted throughout, this newly updated condo has a great sense of home. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, all manner of extra conveniences are provided: so you can spend more time at the beach or in either of the two pools. These rooms share a full bathroom.

This is building 3, sixth floor (6th floor - unit 364). We also manage units 361, 363, 365 (6th floor - next door) for groups looking to be together in the same building.

You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.

Gorgeous view, very pleasant amenities for a family gathering, neighbors beside us sang and played guitar and provided great entertainment. We have always stayed at a house on the beach, not a condo, but we will be coming back. It is the best of both worlds - St. Augustine and all the attractions close by with a quiet, uncrowded beach and beautiful golf course to enjoy. Great amenities at the Beach Club. Let's go back now!!!!

We enjoyed Cinnamon Beach very much. The condo is beautiful with great views of the golf course and the ocean. We even saw dolphins playing several mornings. The pools and the beach are wonderful. We spent 4 1/2 weeks in this condo and would love to return. The only negative comment is the kitchen needs a pasta strainer, a pizza pan and a pizza cutter. The property is located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach so it is in an ideal location with many activities, sightseeing and beaches to go to. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Price and facility are all excellent. It is very quite and luxurious. Well managed and very clean. Recommend to visit there with family. It is gated community so it has privacy.
