This direct ocean front 3 bedroom condo is located on the 5th floor of a 6th floor building and high enough over the sand dune to have full views of the beach, sand, and ocean from this high up. From this high up you can see the waves falling on the beach and the dolphins and whales playings in the ocean.
Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of our exquisitely detailed living space and 57 inch HDTV and then of the ocean.

We also manage unit 851, 852 & 855 (5th floor), which are in the same building and perfect for families traveling together.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes a direct ocean front view from the balcony of our condo. The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. We also have high speed cable & wireless Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers. AND, we have a 57 inch High Definition TV.
The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining. We also have 2 bar stools and a granite breakfast bar. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped and includes granite counters. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you to relax including a new swivel chair. Enjoy the TV, a DVD/VCR and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table and lounge chairs, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set and DVD/VCR, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed and tv set and DVD/VCR. Bedroom #3 has 2 extra long twins and a tv set and DVD/VCR. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
