Five Star home with great communicators for owners. Booking w as easy! The home was just as described and pictured. I would add a picture of playground within walking distance. Space was excellent. Very well maintained. I hope contact info stays the same. I will return and as a real estate broker I will refer others.

We arrived right at checkin time the house was everything we expected big clean and comforchtable. This was so much better than staying in a hotel we will def be renting through vrbo again on our next vacation.

Unfortunately a Major Letdown

This was the first vacation my husband and I have been able to take in 10 years and our first experience renting a property via VRBO. Unfortunately I am sad to report that our stay was a major letdown. Let me first preface this review to say that the property owners (Lou & Maria) are very nice people and certainly mean well but judging from the previous reviews in 2010 it was clear the maintenance of this property had declined through the past year. Firstly, we chose Minne Heaven specifically because of the private pool and paid the extra for heating since our stay was early March. Upon our arrival, we discovered not only was the pool dirty, and clearly hadn't been used for some time, but the heater was broken. When we called the local rental contact, he was not even aware we'd paid the extra fee for pool usage and heat. When we contacted Lou directly, he assured us that a pool service would be coming to fix it. Someone did come briefly to take a look, but never returned. So, no pool for us. Clearly there were communication issues between the owners and local management/maintenance and we got caught in the middle of it, which was very uncomfortable. There were a few other small maintenance issues such as broken ice maker which caused refrigerator to leak, broken vertical blinds, and in our opinion, the air conditioning was required to be kept too low. Personally, we feel if on vacation you should be able to set the climate for your own comfort. Otherwise the property was very clean and the outside well maintained. Everything else was adequate, nice, quiet neighborhood, convenient location to the theme parks and Kissimmee attractions, but again, we chose this property specifically because of the private pool on site. That is the only thing that made this one stand apart from all the rest. We did get a prompt refund of our heating fee, and Lou offered us an extra night free of charge, which was really nice, but time constraints prevented it. We had so looked forward to a spectacular, one of a kind vacation but unfortunately that is not what we got. As a result we are very reluctant to ever take another chance on a VRBO property.

We stayed here for a week over the summer and it was WONDERFUL! We had 4 adults and three children and couldn't have asked for a better home! In fact, there were days in the parks when the kids were asking to go back to the house so they could swim in the pool! The house was immaculate when we arrived and everything was perfect. The kitchen was great for having meals at home instead of eating out constantly. The grocery store is just down the street and so are some great restaurants if you decided to go out. The neighborhood was very quiet and overall we had a wonderful week. Next time we head to Orlando we'll definitely be staying at Minnie Heaven!

Thanks Maria and Lou for the beautiful house! Close to the gates and had everything we needed. We had a great stay - the house was perfect for our party, 5 adults, 2 kids , one infant. We will definitely call you first for our next Orlando vacation.

We couldn't have asked for anything more - we had 4 adults and 2 teenage girls and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. Very clean and comfortable and I would high recommend your home to anyone traveling in the Orlando area. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Minnie Heaven. It was nicely decorated and the house was very comfortable. Thanks to my husband! This trip was also the last minute trip where we did not have any place to stay until the day we left to Florida. However, the owner was readily available via email and by phone and all of our concerns were quickly addressed prior to our departure. The house is very conviently located. Only minutes from Magic Kingdom and few blocks away from a supermarket, making everything so convenient.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we brought friends along with us. A total of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids). A hotel would have been out of the question due to cost. We decided to try renting a house for a week. BEST THING WE COULD HAVE DONE! The home was beyond what we could have imagined. The photos on the website do no do it justice. It was very close to all the atractions and the size was just right. The best part of going to the parks was coming "home" at the end of the day and having a home cooked meal and jumping in the pool! The folks managing the home could not have been friendlier or more helpful!

My family who included my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two of our grandchildren recently stayed at Minnie Heaven. It was our first expierence at a private house in Florida. It was like a home away from home. We were within easy driver distance to all the theme parks and attractions. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great and my grandchildren spent a lot of their time enjoying them. I would recommend Minnie Heaven to anyone spending time in the Orlando area. The expierience we had was wonderful.

Having stayed in all three houses that the Bryans own we can say with out a doubt that they are the cleanest nicest place that you will find. They all have a nice homey feeling and the pools are great. The hot tub in Minnies heaven is just great. The location is wonderful close to every thing and easy to find. We stayed in your home the first week of November and can not say enough good things about it! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The electronic amenities (DVR, High Speed Internet, and Premium cable) certainly contributed to our pleasant stay. The layout of the house was great and the beds in the MBR and Twin Bedroom was very comfortable (and so was the bedding)! The premium and abundant supply of linens were perfect and the location across from the park was ideal for our family vacation. Your home is beautiful and we will be back!

My family and I loved the house in Indian Creek. It was very clean and well maintained. Also, it's only about 2 miles from the entrance to Disney. This is absolutely the best way to do Disney. It was so nice to come home from a day at Disney and have a nice hot tub/pool combo to relax in. The kids loved this too. We were able to take a day off from the parks and relax by the pool. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the Minne Heaven at the end of September. The house was immaculate. At times during our stay, we didn't want to leave the house becasue it felt just like home. The community was peaceful and had a playground and open field across the street. I will definitely make reservations with the owners in the future.

We stayed in Minnie Heaven during the end of June. This was by far one of the best choices we ever made. Lots of space for us all(family of 6). Overall great house and it's just a stones throw away from Disney. We had an issue with the washing machine malfunctioning but that was taken care of right away. The owners/property managers had a new machine installed before we came back from the parks the next day. If you want to stay someplace that'll make you feel at home this is the place to stay. Great experience.
