Located between the spectacular Cliff Walk and exciting downtown Newport is a Grand Victorian Bed and Breakfast called the Belle View Inn. On the third floor is our most spacious suite called the Grand View Suite which has its own private sunroom and deck overlooking the legendary Tennis Hall of Fame grass courts.

Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, a private bath and a full kitchen and living room, this suite accommodates up to four adults and/or children 14 years or older with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room that comfortably sleeps two.

Complimentary continental breakfast served. Easy walk to downtown Newport, Newport harbor, the beach, mansions, Cliff Walk and Salve Regina University. Private and secure with off-street parking and Wi-Fi (wireless internet). No smoking and minimum age of 14 years old. Sorry but no pets allowed.
