Located just five minutes from the quaint historic railroad town of Saluda, NC, this newer upscale home has GORGEOUS long-range views. Although on three and a half wooded acres, with hardly a home in sight, it is on paved roads and driveway.
Every season has its many delights in this best kept secret. Beautiful Pearson’s Falls is a short scenic drive from town. Stroll down tree-lined streets to see the many restored Victorian Homes. Travel back in time as you discover the charm of historic Main Street Saluda- you can even order an old fashioned malt at Ward’s Grill! Don’t forget to feast at one of the fabulous restaurants- we love The Purple Onion for the variety of live music and unique menu, and also The Saluda Grade Café.
A short 13 minute drive will take you to beautiful Historic Downtown Hendersonville- on the way, you can stop and enjoy live theater at the Flat Rock Playhouse or see the Carl Sandburg Home. 40 minutes in any direction and you can enjoy all the sights and amenities of Tryon, Asheville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Greenville/Spartanburg!
When your sight-seeing has tired you, come back to the cabin and relax in one of the rockers with a cool drink on the spacious, covered front porch. Or, curl up with a good book in front of the gas-log fireplace on the leather sofa.
The Master Suite, with sitting area, master bath and walk-in closet, is the huge loft overlooking the living room. Two additional bedrooms are down on the main level. All are tastefully decorated with new furniture and bedding.
