This condo is perfect for the couple that want to get away from the the rush of everyday world and enjoy each other and nature. Pull a bottle of wine off of the rack and enjoy it on the deck or the harborview room. Come Sail Away Condo, as the name suggests this is the center for the boating couple. The 30 foot dock that is available is at the door and only 30 feet from the Condo deck. When you boat out of the canal you will be looking at one of the most fantastic boating areas on Lake Erie. Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island is only a few minutes away and offers unlimited opportunities for adventure. Cedar point will also be on your must see list and easily accessible by boat or car. A boat ramp is three minutes away so you can start your adventure in complete safety and quickly once you arrive. The dock is available at no extra fee with weekly rental.
If you do not have a boat you will still enjoy sitting on the deck looking at the marina and all of the activities that are going on around you.
Catawba Island offers many activities that the family will enjoy from the shopping to the petting zoo. There is also a brand new visitor's center that should be the start of your adventure to see what activities that your family would enjoy.
If you want to go to the islands by ferry it is a five minutes car ride to the dock that will take you to Put-in-Bay. This area is a great place to plan your next vacation and this Condo a wonderful place to be located. You will enjoy the morning sunrise in the sunroom or on the deck. You will love the swimming pool from the closest Condo in the complex. The pool includes a baby pool and a hot tub.
The living room has been updated with a leather sofa and love seat sofa and the harbor view room which is separate room has a wicker loveseat and two chairs where you can overlook the deck and the boat docks. Dining room has seating for six adults, plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter/bar.
West Harbor is the number one spot to be on the lake. As you leave the harbor you will be looking at South Bass Island where Put in Bay is located or if you look slightly to the right you will be looking at Kelly's Island.
If you like to eat out you could be at Mon Ami Winery in 2 minutes. This is one that you have to try, it is my favorite.
This is an excutive community, not a crowded sleep as many people as you can type. You can enjoy your time and relax as much as you want. |
