Wonderful, newer three bedroom home close to beaches, golf and skiing. This home is furnished with all new furniture and fully decorated. This is our beautiful second home in the middle of Incline Village, on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. It has approximately 2000 square feet of living area, and is very comfortably furnished and can sleep as many as eight people.
This is a beautiful, architect-designed home with fully decorated rooms and all new furniture. There is a full kitchen with all new Stainless Steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher, microwave. Beautiful granite and corian counters add elegance. Garden window overlooks fully landscaped yard and brand new spa.
Fireplace in the Living Room adds warmth and ambience. Full dining room table seat eight and granite counter bar seats another three.
The master bedroom is large and convenient on the main floor with two closets. Upstairs in the second bedroom is a queen bed and large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and fully mirrored closet. The sofa in the Living Room opens to a queen sized hide-a-bed for overflow guests. There is a two-car garage with automatic opener. There is a fully fenced yard off the main living area complete with a new gas barbecue grill, and chairs in the summer months.
The home is centrally located with two blocks of the Championship Golf Course.

The house is in Incline Village, Nevada, on the border of California in the Lake Tahoe area. Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, snow can usually been seen almost year round. Our home is one mile from the lake, at about 6500 feet above sea level. Incline Village is a beautiful planned community with three private sand beaches on the lake, a private boat launch, championship golf courses, tennis courts, a health club with indoor pool, and an outdoor pool at the lake.
Hyatt Regency at Lake Tahoe is located one mile with full casino, health spa and several good restaurants.
Small Pets may be allowed with additional deposit.
