This unit is located in Villa Magna, Nuevo Vallarta, (which is gated with 24-hour security guards). There are two master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with two full-size beds and a fourth with a twin-size bed. All bedrooms have ocean views and private bathrooms. One of the master bathrooms has a large jacuzzi jetted tub.
There is a full-size kitchen (all appliances and utensils provided), dining room and living room. Air conditioning throughout the condominium.
You get a mid-week maid service cleaning at which beds will be made and towels will be changed. Additional days for maid service will be available at a cost upon request. Pets are NOT allowed.

This condominium is very nice. We traveled with a group of 8 and this place was spacious enough to accommodate us with ease. The view is spectacular. We saw dolphins swimming in the bay on several mornings. The pool was perfect for the swimmers in our group and the ocean was steps away. One of the towers is under construction at Villa Magna but the noise was minimal. This place will be perfect once complete.

I just returned from a week of staying at this property. Everything about the condo was great. Spacious and lovely with great views; clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the beach tremendously and the beach goes on forever. Pools and bar area very nice. We were able to walk to several local restaurants, a fajita place...name escapes me and another restaurant that was not too far from condo. We also walked to the sunset plaza or shopping center. Very do-able walk. So, condo is not in a deserted part of NV. We also took the bus to other locations. Again, easy to navigate. Great place to stay- would rent again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We just returned from a week stay at this condo. It was exactly as described--beautiful! There were 7 people--4 adults and 3 young children. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The unit is very clean, modern and comfortable. The terrace overlooks the pools and ocean which was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins jump in the bay each morning. The resort is brand new and the employees were all very nice and helpful. Most spoke a decent amount of English, too. The pools were very clean & large and the beach access couldn't have been easier. There were always plenty of lawn chairs and tables available and the poolside drink service was great! The owners provided EXCELLENT customer service. We were in email contact while there (the wireless internet works great!) and they always had suggestions for food and entertainment. Their responses were always very quick. I would highly recommend this condo and we most definitely plan to return. It was the first time in a long time that we were really able to relax.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this condo. The views are incredible. The weather was perfect. There were 6 of us and we all felt like we had our own "space". We saw whales spouting off in the distance and my son and his girlfriend got to help a fledgling turtle out to sea...it was awesome. I wish we could go back tomorrow!

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Magna. The views of the ocean from this condo were absolutely mesmerizing. The condo was clean and extremely spacious. Having wireless access was a huge plus. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.
