Our deluxe Kihei Kai Nani vacation condo will be your home away from home. Located in a lush tropical setting; palms, vibrant flowering trees, and the sweet perfume of plumeria and hibiscus will surround you. Afternoon tradewinds and interior fans keeps our condo comfortable year round.
Furnishings are tropical with all the comforts of home. We have a queen bed and vibrant paintings on the walls. The kitchen is complete with all large and small appliances. You will enjoy the 32"cable TV,VCR and DVD player, complete with film library, as well as the CD/tape stereo and music collection. Dine indoors or out on the lanai and enjoy the antics of the many varieties of birds in the nearby trees, or lounge with a good book at Kihei Kai Nani's beautifully renovated swimming pool.
Beautiful Kamaole Beach II, only a five minute stroll from our front door, awaits you for a morning swim or snorkel in its warm, blue waters with sea turtles and tropical fish; and at sunset to bask in the glow of a radiant sky while the gentle surf teases you to return for an evening dip, or to take a barefoot walk along the surf-line. In the winter months, humpback whales will entertain you as they frolic in the sea.
Kihei is centrally located for all of Maui's activities. Shopping and restaurants are an easy walk away, and Wailea, the home of elegant resorts and world-class golf courses, is just minutes away by car.
The below rates are based on a two person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $10/night for each additional persons up to a maximum of four people.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
We bought our first KaiNani condo in 1984 on our first visit to Maui. We fell in love with the beautiful gardens, fabulous beach and the warm aloha feeling on the property. KaiNani really is like a small village. People here really care about their environment and neighbors. We bought our second unit when we retired in 2000. We use this unit as our rental unit and for family and friends visits. Our grandchildren have grown up visiting us here and love "our" beach and pool. We can't imagine a better vacation for them (or us).

We are both retired; Lothar as a San Francisco, CA juvenile probation officer, and Carole as a high school English/history teacher/librarian. We have 2 wonderful sons and 4 fantastic grandchildren living in Hawaii. We split our year between CA and HI, enjoying spending time with family and
friends in both places. We also enjoy traveling to far-away places. In Maui, we ocean swim and snorkel every morning at our lovely Kameole Beach, just across the
road. We also enjoy water aerobics and long
beach walks, especially at sunset. Carole
loves to cook and entertain family and friends in Maui and San Francisco. We
both love to read and watch good films, and enjoy listening to both classical and folk music- especially if we can sing along!

The Kihei Kai Nani boasts one of the best locations, best pool, and best value on the island. Carole and Lothar have a beautiful place at the back of the complex. Very quite (except for the birds), well appointed and comfortable. I would recommend it to all. Book early so you are not disappointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

This was our second time in this suite and we love the privacy and birds. The condo had everything you could need and was very clean. The host/owners are a lovely couple! We hope to stay again next year and we would recommend this suite without hesitation! Maui is marvelous. Peter and Darlene Klewchuk

We have stayed at Lothar and Carol's place for the past two years and have found it to be well stocked and clean and quiet. They are the best hosts or owners and we would recommend their accomodtions to anyone visiting Maui.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Very nice condo with all of the necessary amenities. Close to restaurants (though eating in also easy), beaches and other attractions. Kihei is an excellent location for exploring Maui. At the back of the complex, so quiet in comparison to those closer to the traffic on Kihei road. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the owner's hospitality.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

Thanks so much for your excellent hospitality! This condo was much more than we expected! A great place to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary! We really appreciated the big-screen TV (DVD player too!), fully equipped kitchen, the snorkel masks and beach chairs. I'd have to say the webpage doesn't do this place justice. Thanks again for giving us a vacation that we could afford in beautiful Maui!
