The pool and the house - Bracciano, Italy Vacation Rental Beautiful guest house in the ground floor of the villa for three to four persons, own bathroom and kitchen, quiet, private entry and parking lot, open space, large garden of 1500 square meters, from the garden the view is over the old town of Bracciano, the Odescalchi Castle and the lake with the mountains behind. This property is located two miles from downtown and the railway station, 0.7 mile from the lake's shore, where, within few hundred yards, there are sailing, beach and tennis clubs and a vast assortment of restaurants at affordable rates. San Celso Holiday Home has a standing agreement for 10% discount with various restaurants, and between June and September for beach umbrella and lawn chairs located on the lakeside. ROME IS JUST 45 MINUTES AWAY BY TRAIN, EVERY 30 MINUTES, OR BY CAR

Mid season:Apr 1-June 30,Sep 17-Oct 31 € 70/night(minimum 4 nights)
Low Season:Jan 7-March 31, Nov1-Dec 20, €65/night(minimum  3 nights)
Heating surcharge, when required Euro 7 per day.
4th additional bed, €10 per night.
Cleaning once per week, included in the weekly rate. For shorter periods €30.
Deposit of 30 pct is required to confirm booking, whereas the balance
and a refundable security deposit of €150 to be paid cash upon arrival
