Come experience THE EMBASEA on beautiful East Beach, St. Simons Island, GA. The EmbaSea is a newer home that is just steps from the beach. Bring your family or friends and relax at the Embasea; you will want to make it your vacation spot year after year.
As you enter the tabby foyer, past gorgeous old oaks and gas lanterns, you will feel instantly at home. An elevator makes moving in a snap.
Through the back of the foyer is an enormous three car garage with ample room for three large SUV's, all of your bikes and beach toys or it can be used as an indoor skating rink or bike track for the kids on a rainy day. On the back side of the house, there is a private pool and deck area for you and your guests to enjoy when you need a break from the beach.
As you walk up the stairs to the main living level, you will notice the beautiful 300 year old heart pine floors. The main living area includes a family room with a plasma television, integrated stereo system, game table, piano, wood burning fireplace. The dining area has an oversized farm table with seating for 10 comfortably as well as four additional stools at the granite top breakfast bar.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with all the amenities as well as stainless steel appliances. From the family room, there are French doors which open up to a large screen porch with outdoor living and dining areas. Finally, there is a powder room and a laundry room with storage and an extra refrigerator.
This main level has a bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet and full private bath. This room is perfect for those guests that don't want to stay on the upper bedroom level.
On the main level there is also a large study with sleeper sofa that can serve as an extra (6th) bedroom. It is great place for kids to watch their videos on the flat panel LCD television or you can use the desk with high-speed internet connection to catch up on your e-mails.
The third floor has four bedrooms each with its own private full bath. There is one room with two twin beds and the other three bedrooms each have a king size bed. Every room in The EmbaSea has plenty of closet space and its own TV/DVD player. There is also a second laundry on this floor.
The master suite features a huge walk-in closet large enough for a crib or pack & play and a gorgeous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, his and her vanity and large double headed shower with seamless glass walls. The master and one other bedroom on this level have French doors that open up to a private deck with access to the widow's walk on the roof and the pool below.
The 16'x40' widow's walk on the roof of the home boasts an amazing view up and down the beach. It is a great place to sunbathe or enjoy a cocktail at sunset as you listen to the ocean or the integrated stereo system.
The pool area is very private with tropical landscaping. The pool includes a shelf for kids to play on or adult lounging. There is an outdoor shower and a half bath in the garage so you don't have to go upstairs.
As you leave The EmbaSea, you are only steps from the white sand beaches of St. Simons Island or a short ride to a myriad of restaurants, bars, shopping or family activities.

I recently spent the weekend at this beautiful home. There were 7 of us "girls" staying there. The house was absolutely perfect for us--lots of room--it would sleep 10 very comfortably. Great shopping and restaurants were within a short driving distance, and the beach was very close. The property was in excellent condition, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also can't say enough about working with the owner. Kacy answered all of our questions promptly and made the process so easy for us. We are already planning to return for another visit.

The EmbaSea is absolutely gorgeous! My family was in town for our son's wedding at the Casino Saturday night and this beautiful house was perfect. With every bedroom having its own bath, it was no problem with all of us getting ready.

We spent our annual family vacation at the EmbaSea and could not have been more pleased. The five bedrooms and seven baths were very much enjoyed as we had five families at the EmbaSea. The house is beautiful and spacious from the huge garage to the office to the gathering areas and the bedrooms. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend this house.

We loved the Embasea! Perfect for two families last week. Only a pitching wedge from the beach, a 1.5-2 mile bike ride to the lighthouse and village, a terrific pool setup, and the kitchen and dining table was fabulous for cooking in for our 7, but could easily handle 10. The house is very tastefully finished in every detail, and the floorplan is the perfect layout for a beach week. Thank you very much for a great week reconnecting with beautiful St. Simons. We will be back!

The Embasea is exquisite. All of the rooms are spacious and no detail was overlooked. We did not want to leave. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 40+ people in the finished 3 car garage and it was pefect.

This place rocks - an absolutely incredible getaway!!! Walk out the front door, hang a right, then less than 100 yds to the water!! Very close to dining and night life, with an incredible view of the sunrise over the Atlantic from the widow's walk! Great TVs and fireplace for watching football in the fall or a nice DVD after a long day on the beach. Highly recommended!!

A home right out of the pages of Town and Country or Southern Living. Our three families with a gaggle of children spent a fantastic week and enjoyed all of well planned amenities. This is a beautiful home in a very tranquil setting, just steps from a quiet almost secluded stretch of white sand beach. The home is furnished very comfortably and the wonderful kitchen is equiped with everything that you could need for a great time. You will definitely enjoy a stay in this home!!!
