Come experience THE EMBASEA on beautiful East Beach on St. Simons Island, GA. The EmbaSea is a newer home with plenty to offer. After one trip to this incredible home, you want to make it your vacation spot year after year.
As you enter the home past the gas lanterns and knobby adler door, you will realize that it is something spectacular. The ground level foyer is lined with tabby tiles, wood slat walls and is air conditioned for your comfort.
Through the back of the foyer is an enormous three car garage with ample room for three large SUV's, all of your bikes and beach toys or it can be used as an indoor skating rink or bike track for the kids on a rainy day. On the back side of the home, there is a private pool and deck area for you and your guests to enjoy when you need a break from the beach.
As you walk up the stairs to the main living level, you will notice the exquisite 300 year old heart pine floors that are like nothing that you have ever seen. This level has a bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet and full private bath. This room is perfect for those guest that don't want to stay on the upper bedroom level.
There is also a large office that is great for kids to watch their videos on the flat panel LCD television or use the desk with high-speed internet connection to catch up on your e-mails. The main living area includes a family room with a plasma television, integrated stereo system, game table, wood burning fireplace, dining area with an oversized farm table with seating for 10 comfortably as well as four additional stools at the granite top breakfast bar.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with all the amenities as well as stainless steel appliances. From the family room, there are French doors which open up to a large screen porch with outdoor living and dining areas. Finally, there is a powder room and walk-in pantry on this level.
The third floor has four bedrooms each with its own private full baths. There is one room with two twin beds and the other three bedrooms each has a king size bed. Every room in The EmbaSea has plenty of closet space and its own TV/DVD player.
The master suite features a huge walk-in closet large enough for a crib or pack & play and a gorgeous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, his and her vanity and large double headed shower with seamless glass walls. The master and one other bedroom on this level have French doors that open up to a private deck with access to the widow's walk on the roof.
The 16'x40' widow's walk on the roof of the home boasts an amazing view up and down the beach. It is a great place to sunbathe or enjoy a cocktail at sunset as you listen to the ocean or the integrated stereo system.
The pool area is very private with tropical landscaping. The pool includes a shelf great for kids to play on on adult lounging. There is also a pool bath nearby so you don't have to go upstairs.
As you leave The EmbaSea, you are only steps from the white sand beaches of St. Simons Island or a short ride to a myriad of restaurants, bars, shopping or family activities.
