We arrived at the Embasea and it was beyond wonderful. The house layout is great for large family members arriving from Maine (5 adults 1 baby) California (5 adults 2 young children) everyone comfortable and happy! Family reuion with family from Brunswick Georgia was priceless! I would certainly recommend this lovely beach house to anyone and would love to go back again! Pool was great for the little ones and adults as well. Only steps from the beach, we walked it every morning. Shops in town were very inviting. Great food at the local restaurants. Amazing history at the Light House and Fort Frederica. The owner Kay was informative and helpful in reservation plans. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home.

10 high school friends celebrating our 70th birthday year. It is a perfect place. Clean, well maintained. Owner very easy to work with. No negatives.

I recently spent the weekend at this beautiful home. There were 7 of us "girls" staying there. The house was absolutely perfect for us--lots of room--it would sleep 10 very comfortably. Great shopping and restaurants were within a short driving distance, and the beach was very close. The property was in excellent condition, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also can't say enough about working with the owner. Kacy answered all of our questions promptly and made the process so easy for us. We are already planning to return for another visit.

The EmbaSea is absolutely gorgeous! My family was in town for our son's wedding at the Casino Saturday night and this beautiful house was perfect. With every bedroom having its own bath, it was no problem with all of us getting ready.

We spent our annual family vacation at the EmbaSea and could not have been more pleased. The five bedrooms and seven baths were very much enjoyed as we had five families at the EmbaSea. The house is beautiful and spacious from the huge garage to the office to the gathering areas and the bedrooms. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend this house.

We loved the Embasea! Perfect for two families last week. Only a pitching wedge from the beach, a 1.5-2 mile bike ride to the lighthouse and village, a terrific pool setup, and the kitchen and dining table was fabulous for cooking in for our 7, but could easily handle 10. The house is very tastefully finished in every detail, and the floorplan is the perfect layout for a beach week. Thank you very much for a great week reconnecting with beautiful St. Simons. We will be back!

The Embasea is exquisite. All of the rooms are spacious and no detail was overlooked. We did not want to leave. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 40+ people in the finished 3 car garage and it was pefect.

This place rocks - an absolutely incredible getaway!!! Walk out the front door, hang a right, then less than 100 yds to the water!! Very close to dining and night life, with an incredible view of the sunrise over the Atlantic from the widow's walk! Great TVs and fireplace for watching football in the fall or a nice DVD after a long day on the beach. Highly recommended!!

A home right out of the pages of Town and Country or Southern Living. Our three families with a gaggle of children spent a fantastic week and enjoyed all of well planned amenities. Spacious and elegant is an understatement. Relaxing on the beach just a walk away. No need to pack many clothes. Swim suits and pajama's. Make youself at home. Cheers! Mike

This is a beautiful home in a very tranquil setting, just steps from a quiet almost secluded stretch of white sand beach. The home is furnished very comfortably and the wonderful kitchen is equiped with everything that you could need for a great time. You will definitely enjoy a stay in this home!!!

What an incredible beach home!!! Gourmet kitchen and beautiful heart pine floors throughout. Plenty of room for several families. This house is perfect for a secluded get away or entertaining friends and family. Steps from the beach, and right by all of the shops and restaurants on St. Simons. I would highly recommend this stunning home!

This is an absolutely beautiful home to vacation with family or a great girls/boys trip. Every room has its own bathroom. 100 steps to the beach! You can't beat the accomodations or location!

This home is A++ from top to bottom. We had a great time while visiting and the home is very close to dining, grocery stores, etc... If you are looking for a great get away, then you need to stay here!
