Just steps onto the spacious beach, pool and Ocean Annie’s, A Place at The Beach III on secluded yet wonderfully located Shore Drive has been a favorite destination for vacationers for years. All conveniences featured: coffee maker (NEW)/ grinder, hair dryers, TVs, DVDs, stereos/CD, alarm clocks, beach chairs, etc. It is easy to see why renters return to this unit year after year.

Facility rules prohibit pets and motorcycles, trailers, boats and campers. No Smoking Allowed in the Condominium. Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age and responsible adult must be on premises. Rental is subject to and conditioned on full compliance with the APATB III and condo unit agreement terms, rules and regulations.

This was the first time we had stayed at this property and we were very satisfied. The description we found on the internet was right on the mark. The rooms were clean and the laundry facilities were very close, perfect for families with young children. Loved the beach which was just steps from the room. This was a quiet area perfect for us looking for a relaxing vacation, yet there were endless activities available close-by, such as fine dining, outlet shopping and lots of golfing opportunities. We'll be back.

This was the best place we have stayed at! We absolutely love this condo,the area,the places to eat ...and especially the beach! The condo is so nicely decorated with a beach theme . The space we had was great! Everything you could want is right in the condo. We will definately return to this condo for our family vacation. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for us!!!!

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach many times, but this condo has been by far the best we have stayed in. The location was terrific, the view was great. Had a great view of the ocean. And it was also nice to overlook the pool. Had everything we needed there in the condo. Just had to come prepared to have a wonderful time. We will be back!

We just arrived back spent the week of July 12, 2008 there. It was wonderfull the place was very clean and was a stocked kitchen. The location is great and the view was WOW!!!The decor was very beachy we had a great time. LOVED IT!!! Cheryl from Ohio

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 25 years and by far we enjoyed this visit the most. The location is perfect. The condo was easily accessible to the beach, pool, and the parking area. Will definitely rent again.

Just returned from a very relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The location could not have been any better. A well appointed and very clean accommodation with everything we needed and just steps from a fantastic beach. Enjoyed the entertainment next door at Ocean Annie's and the great restaruants nearby. Looking forward to the opportunity to return soon. Next time we will play some golf.

I have vacationed in the Shore Drive area for over 30 years. My two sons spent their summer vacations here as they grew up and we have many happy memories of this area for fun filled vacations. I was thrilled to get this unit in 2005 and had my family stay in it the first time in April 2006. They couldn't have been happier. Unit 1-L offers all the amenities and enjoyment needed for a well-deserved vacation.
