The Sunrise Condominium Resort is one of Tamarindo’s newest vacation complex and is located within SECONDS of the main beach and surf break in town, Playa Tamarindo. Our location within Tamarindo is incomparable with other condominium complexes. We are located 300 feet north of the Diria Hotel and are literally in the center of town. I have had guests in the past specifically stay in the Surnise Condominium complex on their return trips because they noticed our excellent location during their 1st vacation to Tamarindo.

The complex features 24-hour security, secure parking, and cascading waterfalls into an overszied swimming pool with an attached kiddie pool. The complex is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, a tourist office, bank, casino and internet cafe. It is also noted that there are three surf shops located adjacent to the Sunrise complex.

During construction, we re-arranged some walls and worked with the developer to make the 1800 square foot unit into a comfortable 4 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms. This unit is one of the only 4 bedroom condominium units in Tamarindo and was specifically designed to sleep 8 people comfortably. The unit is located on the ground level facing the pool and is just seconds to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in town.

The unit is fully furnished with all amenities. The main room is open, combining kitchen, dining and living areas for a wide open feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, island/breakfast bar, beautiful cabinets and appliances, and high speed internet in the unit as well as wireless access available within the complex.

The unit consists of one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds located within four separate bedrooms and sleeps eight people comfortably. In addition, we have three full bathrooms and can accommodate your friends and family in style.

  • We have spent a month in 07 and 08 in this unit and have had great vacations. The unit was very comfortable and the pictures are a true reflection of the accomodation.The Sunrise Cdms are located across from the beach and right in town. We were very comfortable walking around town and had no difficulty getting supplies right in Tamarindo. The pool is fantastic and the beach areas are even better. There is no need for a car except to do some out of town excursions. A very positive experience.
